OIC Tax Services helped us resolve our issue with the IRS! My father owed a huge amount of taxes and penalties for the years of 2008 and 2009, and was constantly receiving letters from the IRS when we contacted OIC Tax Services. OIC Tax Service has my business for LIFE!!! A few years back, unfortunately, the gentleman that had been doing my taxes since I was a teenager, passed away unexpectedly. I continued to use his wife for my taxes, but the tax service business became too much for her to handle after her loss. My next tax person was a friend of my mom's that worked at H&R Block, and she was great, until she retired. The following year I went into H&R Block, and the gentleman assigned to me, came up with some ungodly amount that I owed, not only to the Feds but the State as well. Being self-employed, the panic immediately set in, and I didn't know where to turn, so I called my friend Roni, and without hesitation, she pointed me in Bob's direction for tax service. He got my taxes down to what they usually were and made the process extremely easy. Since then, I have used OIC Tax going on 6 years now and have no plans of going elsewhere. I have also referred OIC Tax Service to friends and family members. The service is wonderful, and Bob is an all-around great guy......I highly recommend OIC Tax Services.

Nothing causes depression like non-stop letters from the IRS! A CPA misstep (not OIC) followed by unemployment for a 16 months then putting taxes aside, we were just too depressed to deal with it. We were in a real mess, years worth of back taxes with penalties adding up daily! Robert and team pulled us out and got us back on track. They are wonderful to work with and put our stress at ease. I ran into a tax snafu this year that had me pretty scared. I called a bunch of places and all of them gave me very general cold shoulder answers. But not Robert, he was very understanding of my situation and the mental toll it was taking on me. At the end of the day Taxes are scary for the average folk but Robert reassured me to not freak out. I had to wait for a letter to show up over the next 4 to 6 months regarding my tax review. Robert checked up on me monthly to see if I had any updates. Luckily my issue resolved itself but I was given great service and check ups while not officially being a customer. I couldn’t imagine the service they provide if they were under retainer.
