Recently, we had our basement waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. The job supervisor was Jay Wallace. From the minute I met Jay, I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Jay answered all of our questions in easy to understand terms and provided full explanations without hesitation. He was organized and very much in charge of his well oiled machine of a crew. The crew took great care of our house, covering flooring with protective plastic and being very careful with walls. After their cleanup, on the last day of the job, the basement was spotless. The outside yard was put back together as if they had never been there. Very impressive. The job was also finished two days ahead of schedule. It was a pleasure to have these individuals work on my home and I am very satisfied with having chosen Ohio State Waterproofing. I am also very fortunate to have had Jay Wallace as the crew supervisor for this project. He did an amazing job. Thank you Jay and crew!

Just want to give another 10-Star rating to Ohio State Waterproofing! These guys are simply the best! Professional, dependable, reliable, on-time, work hard, work smart, clean-up is great! Today they did some minor work for me in our basement. Paul and Clarence were just awesome to deal with! They did a great job, explained everything they did to me and did a fantastic job cleaning up after they were done! Cannot recommend Ohio State Waterproofing enough. These guys are the real deal!!

Our experience was great with Ohio State Waterproofing. Anthony was our sales rep and spent his Friday evening talking us through everything! Then Jim came out to install our EZ Breathe and was professional and helpful! Then the crew, lead by Andrew and Anthony, did all of the work in a timely, professional and great manner. Anytime we had questions they made sure to walk us through it all. Here's to hoping no more water in our basement!!

After three and a half years in a home that was sold to me fraudulently . Several !!’ inspectors and contractors took advantage of me, deceived me. Living in a moldy, damp environment. Walls cracked, pipes broken throughout the basement floor just all around horrible situation. Being a single woman, being taken advantage of . I never thought I could trust anyone again to help me save my home . Then I reached out to Ohio basement waterproofing they earned my trust from the very beginning. I am so pleased with the work that they have performed . They even spent special time and care with their expertise to repair several pipes that were underneath the ground , that were put in by the previous owner( ,at no additional charge) . Every single employee that was involved in the project in my basement exceeded my expectations. They had empathy and compassion for me and showed me the utmosts respect. I am overwhelmed with joy and gratitude.. I finally feel safe in my home. I know that my health issues were because of the basement issues and I’m looking forward to being healthy again in a healthy and dry environment. Thank you from the bottom of my heart ! From initial inspection with Amanda (who is the absolutely best and most consummate professional that spent 2+ hours with us on a random Wednesday evening), to Jordan providing great leadership and assurance into the Multi-Step basement waterproofing system, to Weston and all of the guys for delivering incredible and efficient work within 2 days. If I could individually write a 5 star review for each manager, sales representative, associate and worker from Ohio State Waterproofing I would. Look no further than the best in the business. My experience with Ohio State Waterproofing has been great so far. Our inspector, Jason, showed up promptly (and in a cool Jeep Wrangler) at scheduled time and immediately got to work evaluating our situation. He provided a clear breakdown of our basement's current condition, was able to answer all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable about different services available for my consideration. Looking forward to having my basement completely waterproofed! Update: Joe came out on 7/2/25 and installed the EZ-Breath system in our basement! He was very kind and diligent in his work. It took about 1.5 hours to install the system.

The E-Z Breathe system is the first step in our total basement water proofing from Ohio State Water Proofing. Joe came as scheduled, was extremely polite, and professional, showed me where in the basement the E-Z Breathe would be installed as the best place for our needs. I moved just a couple of items to give him space. We have limited electrical, but adequate, until we upgrade, so Joe made sure we had all our needs taken care of R/T electric. Nothing needed will be left unplugged. E-Z Breathe installed in about 20 minutes. Everything set, and explained. Owner’s manual given to me personally. Now I’ll not only have clean air, it’s also a dehumidifier. I can unplug the old humidifier. You control your needs for your basement with easy controls. Joe did set the controls for us. ☺️ I’ve worked with Ohio State Waterproofing in the past, always up front, honest, professional, and polite. Best water proofing company!
