Charlie and his crew were excellent to work with. They worked hard every day and were very professional through the project. They exhibited great care in respecting our property and finished the job a day earlier than expected. I watched and inspected every step of the way (I'm sure they loved that) and I was pleased with their work ethic. This was definitely a well trained, quality team. Great job Charlie and crew!

I just had a gentleman, Jordan Moses come to my house because I have water seeping into my basement. I was so very much elated and impressed that he was totally honest with me. He could have written up an estimate ($$$) for me to waterproof my entire home, like others I've called have done. But instead, he checked things out and told me that the problem is a sewage issue, most likely a broken pipe, thus explaining the gray matter and the odor. No other company even mentioned this, they just wrote up a very expensive proposal for waterproofing, that is not at all necessary. Kudos to Ohio State Waterproofing and thank you Jordan for driving all the way out here and being so honest!!

Jim did a fantastic job with our waterproofing at Ohio State Waterproofing. He was on time, super professional and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Recently, we had our basement waterproofed by Ohio State Waterproofing. The job supervisor was Jay Wallace. From the minute I met Jay, I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Jay answered all of our questions in easy to understand terms and provided full explanations without hesitation. He was organized and very much in charge of his well oiled machine of a crew. The crew took great care of our house, covering flooring with protective plastic and being very careful with walls. After their cleanup, on the last day of the job, the basement was spotless. The outside yard was put back together as if they had never been there. Very impressive. The job was also finished two days ahead of schedule. It was a pleasure to have these individuals work on my home and I am very satisfied with having chosen Ohio State Waterproofing. I am also very fortunate to have had Jay Wallace as the crew supervisor for this project. He did an amazing job. Thank you Jay and crew!

Had Jordan M. out for an inspection. He was super thorough and patient. I have zero knowledge about basement and waterproofing. He pointed all my basement issues and the root causes. As a home owner, I feel that 2 hours inspection and explanation of what can be done was very well spent. I always feel worried to have the basement done due to the price. Jordan did a wonderful job of explaining different options and prioritizing the jobs. In the end, I am able to get the option and price that I feel comfortable with.
