I'd give it 10 stars if possible. I don't like doing things online, but the process was so easy. I've already talked to 3 others about the offer and reward for others signing up. I know that 1 person will do it. I have trouble reaching out to others, but I was told that they will contact others on my behalf. I held out and kept going over all the rates and offers out there, and I was so pleasantly surprised that I wasn't sure it was real. I hurried and locked that in and feel as if I hit the lottery. If they continue to be unbeatable, they'll have a life long customer, plus family and friends. It didn't take long at all, and my conformation was almost immediately. I will try to call Monday to see if I might find a better rate for electricity or I'll go SRO, before I sign some of these ridiculous plans. I called 10 minutes before the website said they were closing. A young man answered my call very promptly and professionally. ( ge didn't rush me off the phone ) I explained that I had picked the gas plan and was very pleased with it. ( he listened as I told him how MY determination paid off finding the lowest rate I had seen in 4 weeks ) I inquired if they were offering plans for electricity and he apologetically said they only have gas at this time. I thanked him and again apologized and wished me much success in finding a good rate and he bid me a good day and holiday.

I had never used Ohio Energy Ratings before and am glad I spent time exploring the website. It's very easy to sort through providers and compare rates, with a simple enrollment process after making a selection. This is a great resource to find the right plan for your home and budget.

Going online to compare our gas and electric prices was so easy. I didn't have to call anyone to get a sales pitch - all the information including price, whether the rate was fixed or variable, length of term and if there was an early cancellation fee - it's all right there. Just choose the plan that works for you!

It was quick, easy to sign up as well as understand the terms and conditions. The followup customer service call was helpful to go over the information to verify the process went smooth and all of the information was understood.

I want to know how I why I no problem signing up with this electric company given the billing was my husband's name, (I gave my name, did not pretend to be my husband), but when it came time to talk to a representative ( this was the next day) I could NOT speak with the representative, my husband had to. We called (my husband and myself) later that day. My husband authorized me to be on the on the account March 3. The representative also told my husband that the sign up was online. THIS IS A FALSE STATEMENT!!! I spoke to the representative on March 2 over the phone and I when I made a call on March 3, with some simple questions, I was told by that representative that the questions could not be answered because I was not the account holder. THE QUESTION IS: YOUR REPRESENTATIVE ON MARCH 2 FALSELY DOCUMENED THAT THIS ACCOUNT WAS SET UP ON LINE. WHICH IT WAS A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION BY ME SPEAKING TO HER, HOW COULD I SET UP AN ACCOUNT, BUT THEN NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ON A LATER DATE? This was not a good beginning relationship with your company. Now that my husband has called and authorized me to be on the account, I hope that in the future there are no more difficulties relating to any communication with your company,

Easy to look up and switch, the price was half of what I was paying. But I had written as an inquiry and they went ahead and switched me anyway. It was only then that I found about the $19.99 monthly charge that made the switch not worth my while. Be careful and make sure you are actually going to be saving anything.

Finding the information on current rates from Ohio Energy was extremely easy. Making the change to a new supplier was almost automatic. Great customer service and left me very satisfied throughout the entire process. I almost had to do nothing but "click".
