I want to know how I why I no problem signing up with this electric company given the billing was my husband's name, (I gave my name, did not pretend to be my husband), but when it came time to talk to a representative ( this was the next day) I could NOT speak with the representative, my husband had to. We called (my husband and myself) later that day. My husband authorized me to be on the on the account March 3.
The representative also told my husband that the sign up was online. THIS IS A FALSE STATEMENT!!! I spoke to the representative on March 2 over the phone and I when I made a call on March 3, with some simple questions, I was told by that representative that the questions could not be answered because I was not the account holder.
THE QUESTION IS: YOUR REPRESENTATIVE ON MARCH 2 FALSELY DOCUMENED THAT THIS ACCOUNT WAS SET UP ON LINE. WHICH IT WAS A TELEPHONE CONVERSATION BY ME SPEAKING TO HER, HOW COULD I SET UP AN ACCOUNT, BUT THEN NOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ON A LATER DATE?
This was not a good beginning relationship with your company.
Now that my husband has called and authorized me to be on the account, I hope that in the future there are no more difficulties relating to any communication with your company,
