Nobody likes to see historical homes go..... but some are just too far gone to be saved. This home was located in Milan Ohio and had severe termite and water damage. It was just too far gone to be saved. We were contracted to tear it down, haul it out, cap the sewer and water lines. We hauled fill dirt back into the level site for a new home.
