This is by far one of the worst and most frustrating experiences I’ve ever had with any company.
I paid a deposit to Haisen for a solar system with batteries. He confidently told me an inspection wasn’t necessary, even when I offered one.
Yet when his team finally came out before installation, they told me the roof was too steep and the job couldn’t be done. So why take my money in the first place?
After the failed inspection, I repeatedly asked for my deposit back. He ignored every message. No response. No refund.
Only after I posted this review did he finally bother to call — not to apologise, but to pressure me into removing the review in exchange for my own money. When I refused to give him a five-star rating, he suddenly changed his story and claimed my entire deposit was actually a $200 “administration fee.” This was never disclosed, never agreed to, and frankly feels like an excuse to keep my money.
People deserve to know what they’re dealing with. My experience with this business: zero transparency, poor communication, and a complete lack of professionalism. I would strongly warn others to think twice before signing anything or handing over a cent.
