Jose and his crew showed up right on time and set to work. We had two big trees that needed trimming, a smaller tree that needed trimming and another almost dead tree that had to be cut down. The worker in the bucket was amazing. We live in downtown Medford with lots of wires around. Most of the work was done over our 100 year old house. They did an incredible job. Jose was kind enough to explain the whole process. They also ground the stump down. Everything was cleaned up. You never would have known they were there. The price was very fair and I would recommend them for any job. Thanks!

Anyone who has had a hateful Siberian Elm looming over their yard has felt my pain. 80 feet of ragged, diseased falling hazard ready to crack at the slightest weather hiccup. Juan and company at OFS were my saviors. Go ahead and get a few bids, Juan will chop (heh) them down to size and deliver an incredible result at a reasonable price. I was told they would arrive between 7 and 7:45, they got there at 7:01 ready to rumble. After they brought the tree down in only a few hours they not only chipped the random wood piles I had around they actually raked, swept and left my backyard looking better than I've ever seen it, let along better than they found it. I offered them some of my tools to remove a fence picket and then they even thoughtfully left them out of view and safely tucked in my backyard. Simply put, they were professional and kind beyond belief. If you want a tree gone, call whoever. We had OSF Tree Services out for two jobs, and they impressed us both times! First, they quickly and professionally cut back an overgrown maple tree at a great price. We were so happy with their work that we called them back to grind a couple of birch tree stumps—and again, they did an amazing job. This family-owned and operated company, led by Raul and his two sons, Jose and Juan, are true professionals. They took the time to explain what was best for our trees and really educated us in the process. We’ll definitely be having them back again. Highly recommend!

I can say that OSF Tree Service was tops on my list of excellent customer service, and the entire crew, showed respect and, courtesy to myself, and my wife. The experience was above my expectations, which to me says that this company cares a great deal about their customers. Professionalism from estimate of project, to end result once the job was completed. I highly recommend, anyone looking to have a great experience with a tree service company. 🌲If you need a tree removed, OFS Tree Service is the company for you! ☺️ We highly recommend this fantastic company of knowledgeable and very friendly experts!!❤️ Our 68-year-old, 35-foot blue spruce fell at 9 PM on Monday, February 3, 2025 (two nights after the first snow ❄️🌨 storm)!! We were extremely fortunate that it didn't fall into our dining room. It missed it by only a foot! 😮Fortunately, the tree splintered near the base of the trunk and landed on our very strong fence, a few inches from the eaves. The next day, after more snow, the tree branches began to move and shift downwards. We were extremely worried that it was damaging our NEW roof. We knew tree services would be extremely BUSY on that Tuesday. We called three, but thankfully, OFS answered immediately. Despite being in Grants Pass late in the day, the owner was willing to stop by to look at it. He arrived in less than an hour! After examining the tree and branches, Jose gave us an honest assessment and an affordable and professional bid that included removing ALL the branches from the property, which is important. We didn't know that some other companies charge "extra" for that clean-up. He gave us a bid, not an estimate, so no additional "surprise fees" would be added!😊 On Wednesday morning, Juan and his crew arrived at 11:30 AM. They miraculously and meticulously completed the removal by 1:30 PM! We were amazed at their process of one man climbing on the trunk to cut down all the remaining high branches while the other men put them in the enormous chipper. Everyone worked diligently but CAREFULLY to protect our house. Because of additional snow expected and expensive winter rates for stump recycling, Jose will have the crew return in the spring to remove the stump for a very nominal fee. I had two trees that needed cleanup, and OFS did an outstanding job. They were knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and detail-oriented. There may be numerous tree service options in the valley, but do yourself a favor and choose OFS.

The crew showed up on time and took out a large pine tree and blackberry bushes. Communication was great, crew was respectful of our property and the neighbors. The finished product looks beautiful! Very impressed with the results and this conpany.

Amazing work. Fair priced. Professional and friendly, The team works together efficiently. The wood was given to people who could use it. They even gave some chips to a neighbor for her chicken coop. José and his guys are so nice. I recommend them for any tree removal or trim.

This is the second time I've hired Jose to work on the trees on my property. The first time was last year when I asked him to prune the massive sequoia next to my house. His crew did a fine job! This time, I've asked him to prune the trees alongside the road --- I was recently asked by the city to provide a 14-foot clearance for vehicles (i.e. street sweeper). I interviewed a couple of local outfits and the price Jose offered was the most reasonable. Additionally, in our conversation, I was further reminded just how much Jose genuinely cares for our trees. He and his crew arrived on time a few days laters and the job was completed promptly and they cleaned up beautifully! They even blew all the needles from my front yard --- an unexpected bonus. Jose and his crew did a top-notch job clearing two hazardous trees from our property. Due to broken limbs from our huge pine trees, our garage, and our neighbors shop was at risk. Jose and the crew brought in specialized equipment and took those trees down piece by piece in an incredibly planned out process! We would definitely hire them again!
