OEM Surplus Depot SSB

ordered headlamp 1/23/26 thru ccc, headlamp came in wrong side. was told i ordered wrong part.. lies.. the part on estimate order was correct, part in check out was correct. after being lied to reordered correct side per phone call was told 2 days eta on phone. 7 days later I'm calling asking where the light is. no one knows. ordered again, told 2 days again def was not 2 days again. deleted oem surplus from ccc order population. not first issue with company's inability to supply parts in a timely manner but will def be the last.

This company is the biggest pile of it I ever dealt with. Not only is one of the sales rep unable to respond to anything you need but even the account manager is just as bad. Coming from someone who has been in parts for 15 years. This company needs to hold their people to a much higher standard.
