O'Connor Excavation and Septic

As the former owner of a septic company here in Kansas City, I referred Alec many times for effluent pump repairs and full system replacements. Not once did I receive a complaint. These false and frankly outrageous reviews need to stop. I’ve personally used his services and will continue to do so in the future. Alec is knowledgeable, reliable, and committed to doing the job right.

Alec is the most honest professional we have used for our home. He will tell you honestly what needs to be fixed and give you a fair quote. The first time we used him, he was quick and courteous, as well as extremely knowledgeable. We had an issue today where we contacted him and he was extremely helpful, giving us instructions over the phone that saved us a ton of money and time. If you need knowledgeable help that is not going to take advantage of you, definitely call Alec and he will get you taken care of.

I had an issue with the alarm on my septic system, which is obviously of concern if the pump is not working and could cause a backup into my home. My original septic system installers said they were too busy to come out for a couple weeks, so I called O'Connor Excavation. Alec patiently walked me through checking a couple of things to ensure it was a problem with the alarm float, and not the actual septic pump. Alec put me on his schedule to repair the alarm float. I thought of a few questions later in the day and texted those questions to Alec. He responded quickly and explained everything thoroughly. On the day of the repair, Alec showed up right on time, repaired the issue quickly, and pointed out a couple things with my house septic system that should have been installed differently, and that I need to be aware of if they become an issue in the future. He also answered some questions I did not get answered by my original septic installer. Overall, Alec was very responsive, informative, and did a great job on the repair. I would highly recommend O'Connor Excavation.
