Ocean View Development and Septic goes above and beyond. They are knowledgeable, courteous, reliable, efficient and much more. They installed the new septic system and water from our well for an additional house on our property. They replaced our pressure tank on the well plus upgraded the system to better serve two homes. They will be our go to for further repairs or replacements we may need.

Let me start by saying I NEVER leave reviews, but our experience with Ocean View Development And Septic was first class from start to finish. Sheldon went above and beyond to keep us informed and thoroughly explain every step of our full septic system replacement project. He was apologetic about some delays we had, even though they were not his fault and completely out of his control (Coos County DEQ is a nightmare). I simply cannot recommend Ocean View Development And Septic enough. The work was top notch and worth every single penny. I wish every contractor in the area had the same amount of courtesy and integrity that Sheldon has. Five stars all the way!!! 👍

Sheldon was great! He called us right back and was able to come out and completely replace our burned out septic pump and plumb it the next day! We said we were going to try to remove the pump ourselves and he gave us advice over the phone, and even asked us to keep him in the loop if we needed his help in any way. We called him back in a couple hours and said "help" and he came out the next day. He had all the items in stock and he brought everything needed to complete the job in about 2 hours! ( we would have had to order the pump and it may arrive before Xmas!?) Professional, friendly, answered all our questions, helpful, we can't say enough....great service, great local company, thank you Sheldon!
