Conrad is very professional and highly experienced with his job. He has restored my old 2012 car to a brand new look and has provided me all the related advice on how to keep it like new. I would strongly recommend his expertise and I would be using his car grooming service in future for my other cars.

Incredible service from OC Car groomers. Top-tier grooming from Conrad, who clearly knows his stuff. Great communication, he was able to send photos and quote of what needed to be done to my insurers (IAG) as proof. Building next door did my car bad with their rust overspray, making my windscreens a windows really hard to see through especailly during the rain, even the body of the car felt sandy, but Conrad did an awesome job going above and beyond sorting my whole car, new windscreen wipers, windscreen crystal clear now, black seals look as good as new, even my tyres and inside were cleaned which weren't included in the quote. Great to see a company that takes their professional responsibility seriously. My car looks brand new and smells amazing. I definitely will use them again😊. Thanks OC Car groomers.

OC Car Groomers completed a full inside and out detail which included scratch removal. I was impressed with the customer service and the final result. I've been to other car groomers/detailers and they have never done the job properly. Found OC Car Groomers on google to enquire about removing rust specs all over our PPF’ed wrapped outlander. Conrad promptly booked in our vehicle within the following days. Within 5 minutes of being onsite, he identified Iron Material on the car causing rust. I was worried that the rust would have caused permanent damage to the vehicle and PPF wrap. Three chemical treatments later and the car looked brand new again… all the rust is gone! Cheers for your help with sorting our car. You are a legend! Will be sure to use your services again after taking the vehicle to the sand.

With two kids, my car had accumulation of crumbs, spills, and general chaos but Conrad worked absolute magic. He completely transformed the interior, and it honestly looks and smells brand new again. Conrad provided an excellent service with my car headlights that needed some tlc. He has all the gear including good beats and is very knowledgeable about what is needed to produce an optimal result. Conrad was able to tackle some stubborn oxidisation on my headlights and ended up making them look good as new. Thanks for a fantastic service.
