With the weather changing rapidly, now is a good time to go open the top on your generator to make sure that it is ready to go.
- Are there any errors or service warnings?
- Check the oil. Check the coolant if applicable.
- Take a look around inside to see if you find anything out of the ordinary such as leaking fluids or loose parts.
- Push the manual run button to see if it starts. This will make sure that the battery is ready and there are no running issues.
- Check your propane level if applicable. Call your propane provider if you are running low and schedule a delivery.
- Please remember to leave your generator in the automatic state by pushing the auto button before closing the lid.
