⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I contacted him on short notice for mobile service on my BMW, and his response and execution were exceptional. He arrived promptly, conducted himself with professionalism, and demonstrated a high level of technical knowledge. The entire process was efficient, transparent, and handled with precision. A truly dependable mobile mechanic service.

Ariel did such an amazing job helping me change the rotors of my car. Came in with my steering wheel and gas pedal giving a huge vibration and after his help the car is now braking super smooth with no vibration at all.

LESS THAN ONE STAR!!!! Paid 250.00 to have alternator put on. Not put on properly. Cost me a 29.00 belt, plus another 400.00. To get someone to come out and put alternator and belt on properly. Lesson learned, guys still take advantage of women and not knowing. Foolish to trust for sure

My car broke down on Saturday. I called Ariel on Monday and explained the issue, and he came to my home the following day. He was able to diagnose with accuracy and was very honest! . He worked with professionalism and was very communicative. His assistant was helpful and kind as well! The work and labor was fairly priced as well. I highly recommend O’Brothers Mobile Mechanics! Wow! I haven't written a review in a great while but I have to now! Ariel probably saved our lives! He replaced our front ball bearings before we possibly could of been in great danger! He was kind, knowledgeable and kept us informed every part of the process. He also was very honest and priced fairly. I wish he lived in my town because I would use him as my mechanic! Me and the wife was stranded at the gas station on vacation a these men come to the rescue!! Would recommend to anyone!!! Had the alternator and battery charged for us in 15 minutes!!! Very polite and respectful!!! Would recommend to anyone!!! We called several and they were to busy it would take days and the owner here got someone to us quickly and stayed in communication with us!! Awesome people!!! Thank you all so much!!!

Thanks to O Brothers! He got me back on the road. I had a fuel pump issue and a relay that burnt out. Very nice and professional! If anyone needs help, this is your guy. Price was more than I normally pay. But I was out of town and it was a Saturday and Sunday. Thanks O Brothers for a great job.

Woke up to my car not starting, just moving to Sevierville, I didn’t know anyone so I googled Mobile mechanics and called these guys. They came out and thought it was the starter -with how it was clicking, then said let me try one more thing. They started the car with jumper cables, and said it was the battery. They went and got the battery got it started back up. Glad to know I have found a trustworthy mechanic shop here in Sevierville!

In my line of work, I've had to deal with mechanics and auto shops more than I'd like, but as a first time customer here, I know who I'm calling first next time there's an issue. These guys did a top notch job on top of going above and beyond to help me get back on the road. I travel long distances for work and needed it running by tomorrow or I'd be out a day or two of work if not for their OUTSTANDING mobile mechanic work. My experience with finding a mobile mechanic is usually a pain to deal with, but they made it feel effortless on my end. When i factor in the money I saved by not having to have it towed to a shop and their speedy service when I needed work done last minute, which would have cost me a day or two of work, they probably saved me $1,000+. The mechanic I had the honor of talking with was Ariel, who is by far one of the friendliest mechanics I've done business with. His level of professionalism and extended knowledge combined with his care and concern for my issues felt like I was reaching out to the family mechanic. Even after the job was done and payment was received, he called to check in and offer suggestions to ensure I don't have further issues. To say this business was accommodating would be an understatement. They went above and beyond and came through when I really needed it.

I gave O'Brothers a call after my vehicle's alternator gave out coming to my hotel. Ariel and his crew responded immediately to pick up my part and got the job done quickly. High recommended!
