Me and the wife was stranded at the gas station on vacation a these men come to the rescue!! Would recommend to anyone!!! Had the alternator and battery charged for us in 15 minutes!!! Very polite and respectful!!! Would recommend to anyone!!! We called several and they were to busy it would take days and the owner here got someone to us quickly and stayed in communication with us!! Awesome people!!! Thank you all so much!!!

Woke up to my car not starting, just moving to Sevierville, I didn’t know anyone so I googled Mobile mechanics and called these guys. They came out and thought it was the starter -with how it was clicking, then said let me try one more thing. They started the car with jumper cables, and said it was the battery. They went and got the battery got it started back up. Glad to know I have found a trustworthy mechanic shop here in Sevierville!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Ariel specifically deserves 6 stars for his friendly customer service by turning a very stressful situation into a walk in the park. In my line of work, I've had to deal with mechanics and auto shops more than I'd like, but as a first time customer here, I know who I'm calling first next time there's an issue. These guys did a top notch job on top of going above and beyond to help me get back on the road. I travel long distances for work and needed it running by tomorrow or I'd be out a day or two of work if not for their OUTSTANDING mobile mechanic work. My experience with finding a mobile mechanic is usually a pain to deal with, but they made it feel effortless on my end. When i factor in the money I saved by not having to have it towed to a shop and their speedy service when I needed work done last minute, which would have cost me a day or two of work, they probably saved me $1,000+. The mechanic I had the honor of talking with was Ariel, who is by far one of the friendliest mechanics I've done business with. His level of professionalism and extended knowledge combined with his care and concern for my issues felt like I was reaching out to the family mechanic. Even after the job was done and payment was received, he called to check in and offer suggestions to ensure I don't have further issues. To say this business was accommodating would be an understatement. They went above and beyond and came through when I really needed it.

I gave O'Brothers a call after my vehicle's alternator gave out coming to my hotel. Ariel and his crew responded immediately to pick up my part and got the job done quickly. High recommended!

We had the pleasure of getting attended by Ariel. Ariel was sooo helpful we were headed back to our homestate of ohio when we had our crankshaft pulley break. We called evryone in the area but no one was mobile and one other guy that was wanted an arm and a leg ...... lets just say Ariel did it for 350 cheaper!!! He arrived an hour after we made first contact and also had part in hand that was needed. We were nervous at first to pay over phone for cost of car part but he is an honest man and when he finished he charged for labor portion. Overall he is great, in about an hour he made repair and was able to get back on road. Highly recommended him and god bless him.

Had an issue with my 2017 Ford Escape while here on vacation. I called and spoke w/ Ariel, he knew immediately what was wrong and came to my hotel and fixed it quickly. The young men were awesome, gave you an estimate upfront and did a good job in a short amount of time. I have two sons that are mechanics and I know what they had to do to get the job done. They were great, if you break down in the smokies call these guys.

I highly recommend their services. They came to me within a few hours of calling without scheduling. They were very kind, honest and affordable. I payed 300 for a diagnosis and thermostat change and they were thorough. Price was more than fair considering they had to drive for at least 40 mins to get to my location, 40 mins back and work in extreme temperatures plus the cost of the thermostat itself… Call them!

This service was wonderful, for being out of town and not knowing anyone to help us the Mobile mechanic came to the rescue and they were quick and very nice. I recommend this company to everyone that is in need of service.

I called for a broken serpentine belt tensioner bolt on my bmw. They drove 40 minutes to come help me out. Great service with smiles on their faces, quality work, good price, and not a penny more than what I was quoted prior to the job. Highly recommend to anyone in the Sevierville area.
