They gave a fast response to my initial contact and the lady on the phone was very good and quickly made an appointment that suited me. The tradesmen arrived on time exactly as promised. The job was complex and challenging and required a high level of expertise in trouble shooting. Finding the fault quickly they rewired the damaged cable and on completion they cleaned up. The two men who did the job were very professional and communicated with me at all stages. They exceeded all my expectations and I have no hesitation in recommending O'Brien Electrical for any work electrical work you may have. I would definitely use them again. Their pricing is competitive

I usually refrain from writing negative reviews but I’m quite disappointed with O’Brien Electrical. They were recommended to me by our handyman and I contacted them for assistance with our solar and electrical work related to our pergola. It’s been 7 weeks and there’s no follow-up or response from them. Every time I check in, I’m told I’ll be sent a quote the same week - but nothing comes through. It’s the same thing - rinse and repeat. I probably shouldn’t have waited for so long, but did so only because they were recommended to us. I finally went with another solar installer for my inverter and a different electrician- both of who did a stellar job with a quick turnaround. Unfortunately, it was the lack of communication that was quite frustrating. Maybe their actual work is good - but I’ll never find out!!

With so many unreliable service providers, it's great to use a business who does what they say, when they say it. There was no fuss, no stress, no raised anxiety and no bill shock. I highly recommend Adrian and team at Obrien Castle Hill. 5 star all the way.

I randomly picked O'Brien when I had urgent need of an electrician. What a great choice. Very responsive. Needed to source parts which was done quickly and within the timeframe stated. Scott and Josh were very professional. Will definitely use again if/when I need an electrician.
