It gives me great pleasure to be able to write a glowing review. I have had nothing but trouble with my rainwater collection tank (I had the great misfortune of choosing the worst possible company), and fortunately I was able to switch to a different rainwater company. But throughout all the misery, one thing shone through – Wade at Oasis Water is an exemplar! He went above and beyond after I had to drain my 28,000 gallon tank, seeing to it that I had water for my home, after having had none for three weeks. He managed to completely fill my tank in a miraculously short amount of time, working tirelessly and almost certainly after hours. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could. The water is fresh and clean, and I am eternally grateful. I recommend this company without qualification--the best of the best! Thank you, Wade for being an excellent representative of Oasis Water! I will continue to use them for all my Water delivery needs.

Based on the reviews for oasis water I called them at 4:16 PM 11/17/2025. My well had gone dry do to a Culligan water softener issue. The voicemail said to text for faster response. I did, it was an iPhone with read receipts. Shows the message was read. There has been absolutely no response from this company. Obviously they do NOT want new customers and I would have preferred the respect of even a return text that “sorry we are to busy or something like that” not to just be blown off. This shows horrible customer service practices. I write this more than 24 hours after reaching out. Had to find a better company for my business.

Oasis water was such a pleasure to work with. I was in need of having a tank filled and Wade was on top of it! He fit me into his schedule quickly and he was just an absolute delight to have come deliver my water. Very punctual. Very Polite. Great pricing. I would highly recommend! Will be using them in the future!!!

Wade responded quickly and was at the property within 30-45 minutes for our water delivery. And the half-empty pool was filled within minutes! Very impressive! Quick, efficient, job done well and good customer service.

We are on 100% rainwater and wasn’t aware how low are tanks were and ran out of water completely. Wade answered right away and was able to deliver us water within two hours! Great service and communication I highly recommend.

Wade, the owner of Oasis Water, does an exceptional job. He has always provided my water when promised even when I give him short notice. When Wade was in South Carolina helping with flood relief for a month, he made arrangements with another water delivery service to make sure I was covered. The water is much better than my well. I highly recommend Oasis Water to anyone needing water delivery.
