Lindsey not only made our dream of owning land a reality, but she did it in a way that made the process incredibly easy and simple. I’m no expert when it comes to real estate so I was thankful she was quick to answer any questions no matter how big, small, or silly it seemed. Lindsey Vaughn. Lindsey is very knowledgeable about real estate costs, what reasonable repairs/additions need to be made to make the house more salable. She also knows what season will be the best for a sale. Since we also bought this home from her earlier, she was also pointed out things that I might not see and object to at a later date. Lindsey was quite reassuring during the process of the sale by letting us know that everything was going well and bumps along the road would get ironed out. Our house sold relatively quick after we signed up with Oak Feathers. Thank you, Lindsey, for all of your help and reassurances in getting our home sold in about a month’s time.
