After getting a huge and unnecessarily intensive estimate that recommended a total replacement for some $6000, I found Dan. He came out promptly, gave me a much lower estimate (ended up under $1000!), with an effective and more sensible grinding approach, and even ended up coming in *under* his estimate in the end.
