OAKBERRY Acai Bowls - Dubai Festival City

Healthy acai bowls, with a lot of toppings. Thank you for raph and ate suzi for assisting me to select my order. Plus they have loyalty program too.

The customer service was excellent. And delicious açaí bowls. The ingredients were fresh, the portions were satisfying, and the store was clean. Highly recommended

I've been a regular customer at Oakberry for quite some time, and every visit has been a great experience. The staff are always friendly, welcoming, and provide excellent customer service. The place is clean and well maintained, making it a pleasant place to visit. It's definitely one of my go to spots for a healthy and tasty snack. Keep up the great work! 🙂

Amazing service. Two guys manning the store got it. We felt taken care of. Our cups were delicious. ✨✨

Honestly, Oakberry Dubai Festival City is on another level! The way they prepare their açaí bowls here is exactly how I wish every Oakberry branch would do it. The açaí is incredibly smooth, the toppings are fresh and they’re so generous with everything. Every spoonful is packed with delicious toppings rather than just a bowl of açaí with a few pieces sprinkled on top. It’s not only delicious, but you actually leave feeling like you got a proper satisfying bowl. Oakberry should seriously use the Dubai Festival City branch as the benchmark for all their other locations. If every branch prepared their bowls with the same generosity, attention to detail and consistency as Festival City, Oakberry would be even harder to beat! Big compliments to the Festival City team. Keep it up!

Fresh, vibrant spot for açai bowls with a clean, modern setup. The bowl was well-layered, creamy, and naturally sweet, topped with fresh fruit and crunchy granola. Portions were generous and filling. Service was quick and efficient. A great healthy option for a light, refreshing treat.

Its our first try to try acai bowl and we really loved it. Thank you Raph for suggesting and assisting us! Good & recommendable! We’ll definitely be back!

The attendants were polite attentive. The açaí tastes the same as what we had in Brazil, my homeland. Ordered the 52aed with milk powder, condensed milk, fruits and few nuts. The price could be better though.

Such a lovely experience- OAKBERRY in DFC Dubai. The food was delicious, and the tea was a generous size—not tiny at all! 🍵 Everything was great, but what made our visit extra special was Ruby, our waitress. She was so nice, friendly, and welcoming. Excellent service and a lovely experience! ❤️

I am hooked with açaí! Best place to fix your açaí cravings! Got any free açaí today!❤️Staffs were always welcoming and friendly!
