I really felt the festive season in this amazing place. The products were excellent, the service was outstanding, and the team demonstrated great teamwork. Special thanks to Ms. Ruby for her warm and kind hospitality. Thank you, and keep up the good work!

The ambience is very light in terms of the crew’s relationship with each other, they are very accommodating and they seem to just have fun serving people and each of them has a very positive and light aura. The food js great and very healthy! Serving is also generously done. I will never trade Oakberry for anything as this is both a great dessert and a full meal in one cup!

omg the acai was so good!!! so tasty and unlimited toppings were yummm! had such a lovely time with my friends, lovely atmosphere to eat and chat. ruby was amazing!! she was so king and welcoming, lovely service, will definitely come here again!

The service truly stands out. Rubi, Jess, Suzi, and Oliver are friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and they always make sure everything is just right. The staff are Filipino, and they are absolutely the best — warm, approachable, and genuinely caring, which makes every visit enjoyable. Oakberry DFC is the best!

I had a takeaway acai cup from Oakberry @DFCC The acai was almost molten (very soft) so it looks like the machine wasn’t working properly. The amount of acai in the cup was scanty and the strawberries tasted off. Never going there again!

I was delighted to discover that Oakberry is in the UAE! Highly recommend visiting their location in Festival City Mall (near Zara). Fresh and delicious. Great variety of toppings to choose. Nice cozy seating area. Service with a smile too. We ordered The Oak, large size, 24oz.
