We laugh when people ask us. We usually tell them that we are glorified 7/11 with an awesome meat counter and fresh produce. Our meat dept is the corner stone. We make fresh Tuscany sausage with no binders and gluten free. The recipe is over 100 years old. The breakfast sausage have bread crumbs but that recipe is traditional and authentic. We also have double smoked bacon and we make 3 types. Back, Shoulder and traditional side bacon. We order extra lean bellies for our bacon and is sourced locally for top notch quality.
