We are almost done by the house because The solid oak flooring turned orange through the years… after reading the reviews, we called Kassio. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the results and the price! It was less money to refinish these floors, which look absolutely beautiful than it was to replace with new plastic ones. We even were able to remove a wall and he matched the flooring perfectly

I needed a small repair done to a bit of flooring right in front of my dishwasher that happened from the previous owner of the house. As you can see from the pictures, Kassio did a bang up quick job at what I believe to be a fair price. I know I will be remodeling in the future and wouldn't hesitate to hire Kassio and his crew for my floor.

Kassio and his team did such a great job on our floors. We had the old wood floors torn up and put in engineered flooring. They ran into some issues and Kassio didn’t give up—he came up with solutions and got the job done. The issues had to do with our house and nothing having to do with the company. Our new floors look absolutely amazing. We should have done this years ago. I have referred Kassio to two other friends because they were so impressed.

Kassio was very enthusiastic even about this very small job of a basement landing with two steps. He came out right away and was prompt providing an estimate. Some parameters of the job changed when he came out and had to charge more but was very creative providing solutions to problems that brought the price down but still gave an attractive end-product. He was very patient and helpful customising a colour for an oak floor and gave me exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely hire him again for a larger job on my main level in the upcoming year. His work and work ethic are impeccable. I had another contractor out to install a door and he enthusiastically commented on what a quality job it was.
