Oak & Olive Support Co is a family-owned NDIS provider servicing Toowoomba and surrounding areas. We provide personalised disability support with a strong focus on genuine care, consistency, and meaningful connections.
Our diverse team offers community access, personal care, assistance with daily living, SIL supports, cleaning, yard maintenance, and high intensity supports. Both directors are actively involved on the ground, ensuring hands-on, participant-focused care.
We pride ourselves on flexible, compassionate support tailored to each participant’s goals and needs. No provider travel fees and no onboarding fees. Currently welcoming new participants.

Easy to deal with. They put my mind at ease for a support service that actually does help. I have peace of mind that I can go to work and my partner who has a TBI is going to enjoy the shift with his support services.
