I had been going to this Vet for a while, but the lady working the front desk was rude to me, by not wanting to welcome me to the facility by purposely not speaking to me, but will speak to the dog, (on more than one occasion), therefore I suggested that maybe she should work from home, because when you are in the customer service business and you are the face representing the company, EVERYONE should be treated equally and fairly, and instead of having a conversation with the rude person their preference was to loose a paying customer with 3 ways they can get paid. The dogs don't talk, people do.
It was easier for the vet Kirkman to try and correct the response rather than the behavior. The society we live in today. Why don't we all just be rude and gain a pass! You did me a favor by showing your true colors.
I found a new vet who offers great customer service for me and my personal and is culturally unbiased!
RESPONSE: She was the only one disrespectful, each time. Maybe she didn't get the employee handbook about what the standard should be, for EVERY customer.
