To Whom It May Concern: We have lived at Oak Grove Senior Apartments for over 2 years, and have been completely satisfied with our apartment, and the management team, led by Dawn G. All the staff have been consistently friendly, proactive, and responsive to all maintenance issues. In conclusion, we sincerely appreciate Silver Tree Corporate and local management for their focus on resident comfort, affordability and ongoing building upgrades. We are looking forward to continuing our OGSA residency. Thank you.

Great place and great location. It's also in a fairly quiet area. The office staff, Rachel and Jessika, genuinely care about the well being of their residents and are very quick to respond. I have not seen a single bed bug anywhere since I moved in here in March of this year. My apartment was spotless for me to move into. I have had very few maintenance issues, and the few that I did have were taken care of in a timely manner. The apartments are laid out well with lots of storage. The walls are NOT thin, which is great. The doors open to the inside of the building, which I really like. Great place and I plan on being here a long time!!!

Better than being homeless, I think. That is, if you don't mind a few extra roommates of the bedbug variety. Before you sign a lease, make sure to ask any friendly resident in the halls, if they have heard of a bedbug problem. Management is rude and believes the elderly have limited options, so they are stuck. Per the manager, "Where else are you going to go?" Such a lovely lady. NOT!!! I hear Plaza Del Sol I is ok, but stay away from Plaza Del Sol II, until you talk to residents and find out which sections of the building have had the most complaints. I pray for the people there and I pray that the management finds some decency. Don't blindly believe my comment, ask any resident. Better yet, have the manager give you the name of the pest control company and ask for a treatment history of the apartment, to include normal scheduled treatments and special treatments, such as bedbugs. Also, feel free to contact the Housing Authority to inquire about any complaints. Please make sure you are informed, because they will pull the wool over your eyes.

I have been with Plaza Del Sol for 7 months. We are striving to make this a Great place for our Residents. As far as Bed Bugs we have None to report of today, they come and go as they do in every other apt. Complex, Motel Etc. We are under All New Office Management/Assistant Management so please come check us out and be your own Judge, give us a Chance to be your next home! Thank you, Rachel Jaquez Manager

We were there 5 years. Moved in 2018. We was in one bldg until it flooded in 2020. We were on street 2 weeks and then moved into the other bldg in an emergency. It had old carpet and old paint. 3 years later me gave notice snd moved out. During walk through nothing negative was mentioned. Dawn Gustauvus promised deposit back. 30 days later no deposit and charged over $1300 for paint job. Hahaha. and tear and no paint job when we moved it.

STAY AWAY!!! Horrible management. Markie was rude and dismissive when we complained about bed bugs after 1 week of moving in. We didn't know where the bites were coming from. The doctor said she had plenty of patients complain of bed bug bites from Plaza Del Sol 2. WHAT?!?! She knew that apartment had bedbugs when she leased it. That is a terrible and cruel thing to do. And Prak Management knows all about it. I thought higher management would care and do something. NOPE!!! They just want the apartments turned over and leased. They do not care about the condition of the apartments or the quality of life for the tenants.

Bedbugs are a problem that all apartments, hotels and residents face. They are a pest of opportunity and all apartment complexes take them seriously. Plaza del Sol DOES NOT have an infestation as stated be a recent reviewer. In point of fact, we have monthly pest control inspections and whenever bed bugs are reported, we take immediate action to remedy. It is unfortunate that anyone experiences bed bugs, but we cannot control where our residents go or whom they may have that visit them and bring these unwanted pests. The property is maintained at a superior lever according to the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development.

I really enjoy being here because I come and go when I want I stay to myself because of the peace of mine and contentment that I am experiencing, the Staff is very friendly and helpful and if there’s a problem they are on top of getting it solved. We are getting up grades in our apartments.

When I go to visit at Oak Grove, what strikes me first is the cleanliness of the facility. Then, as I encounter the residents, they seem very much at home and have good things to say about the staff.

I don't think anyone should have the prospective management come into your apartment or house to see how you live. If you do not live in a house or an apartment and you live in your car then they want you to rent a motel or hotel. Home visit is what it's called
