Better than being homeless, I think. That is, if you don't mind a few extra roommates of the bedbug variety. Before you sign a lease, make sure to ask any friendly resident in the halls, if they have heard of a bedbug problem. Management is rude and believes the elderly have limited options, so they are stuck. Per the manager, "Where else are you going to go?" Such a lovely lady. NOT!!! I hear Plaza Del Sol I is ok, but stay away from Plaza Del Sol II, until you talk to residents and find out which sections of the building have had the most complaints. I pray for the people there and I pray that the management finds some decency. Don't blindly believe my comment, ask any resident. Better yet, have the manager give you the name of the pest control company and ask for a treatment history of the apartment, to include normal scheduled treatments and special treatments, such as bedbugs. Also, feel free to contact the Housing Authority to inquire about any complaints. Please make sure you are informed, because they will pull the wool over your eyes.
