I cannot recommend this company enough. I initially hired them to purchase and install a new HVAC unit, and the entire process was seamless. They ordered the unit, handled installation efficiently, and offered a very competitive rate. Everything was completed in under a month, just in time for the summer season. The new unit has significantly reduced both costs and stress, which gave me the confidence to contract them for the company I manage as well. Their responsiveness, reliability, and transparent pricing truly set them apart. Calvin, one of the technicians who assisted with wiring at our clubhouse, was especially impressive. The attendants who worked alongside him spoke very highly of his professionalism and expertise. It is rare to find a company that is both personable and highly effective. They have absolutely earned my long-term business as our go-to HVAC specialists.

We have been using Oak Creek Heating & Cooling for over 10 years. They have always been reliable and experts. Recently we asked them if they could install a mini-split in our workshop/workout room. Calvin found a way to run all the connections through the walls so the unit looks like it was part of the original build. The unit runs great and will now make the room usable year round. For years, Tod at Oak Creek Heating and Cooling has been our go-to for HVAC needs, and he's always been dependable, prompt, and professional. My HVAC system was making unnatural sounds. It had a slow, groaning start-up followed by a constant noise that sounded like a helicopter. When I called Tod, Calvin was dispatched to our home, and he arrived right on time with a good-natured attitude. Calvin quickly diagnosed the problem, explaining that the blower motor's bearings had play and were causing it to overheat. He went straight to work, in a tight space to replace the old motor. The moment he turned the system back on, I immediately noticed how quiet it was. Once I saw the condition of the old motor sitting on the floor, I was surprised that it had been running at all. When I touched it it was still warm. Calvin cleaned up after he was done working. I recommend Oak Creek Heating and Cooling a efficient, dependable and professional, local company.

If there was 10 stars Calvin , the serviceman deserves it. He called before he arrived, listened to what I wanted, knew what he was doing, did a few items that had been overlooked by other servicemen for years without having been told and was pleasent. The work was fairly priced and bottom line is that Oak Creek Heat & Air has a new and loyal customer.

He explain everything he was doing and why it was going to help the efficiency of our dryer and the safety it would provide for our home. He was very professional and very kind.
