Robert and Gianna were great to work with. When I worked with other mortgage brokers they just gave me a suggested loan. Robert gave me an initial panel of five options along with a video recording explaining the pros and cons of each. When I decided which direction I wanted to go with he did that again, with another set of variations on the loan I was first interested in. He also beat other counteroffers and was transparent throughout. A couple days before closing I hit a snag with some paperwork elements and he worked really hard to fix it, tapping his personal network of connections. Strongly recommend their services.
