I had such a wonderful experience at this boutique today! Loretta and another lovely girl were both incredibly kind, patient, and helpful throughout my visit. They made me feel so comfortable while trying on dresses, offered great suggestions, and were genuinely invested in helping me find the perfect one. I ended up purchasing a dress I absolutely love, and I’m already looking forward to coming back for more. Highly recommend!

We had such a wonderful experience at O Couture while shopping for my daughter’s Sweet 16 dress. From the moment we walked in, Loretta who is the owner along with Kim her staff member were warm, friendly, and attentive. They didn’t just leave us to figure things out on our own—they were with us through the entire process, offering thoughtful suggestions and helping us narrow down options that really fit my daughter’s vision and personality. What really stood out was how personal they made the experience. Loretta even allowed us to FaceTime to confirm additional materials for the dress, which showed how much they cared about getting every detail just right. You can tell that they truly want their clients to feel confident and happy, and they are dedicated to making sure everything goes smoothly from beginning to end. The dresses themselves are absolutely stunning—unique, elegant, and beautifully made. But beyond that, it’s the level of service and genuine care that made the biggest difference for us. O Couture doesn’t just sell dresses; they create an experience and a memory that will always be part of this special milestone. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a Sweet 16, prom, or formal event dress—you will not be disappointed!

My daughter came here 1st to see what they have to offer. I told my daughter not to settle for anything but to see what other places have. However, after going and trying other boutiques in Jersey, my daughter chose o’ couture because she felt so comfortable with the ladies. They were so helpful and so patient with my daughter and their selections were just simply stunning!!!! My daughter fell in love with 2 dresses. She glowed when she put on her dresses. I was looking for a “wow” dress for my daughter’s quinceañera, and from the moment I called, the owner went above and beyond. She personally gave me the first appointment of the day and told me to take as much time as I needed. She was incredibly patient, letting me try on dress after dress until I found the one. I never once felt rushed—just supported and celebrated. The cherry on top? She even let my daughter try on dresses for fun. We weren’t planning to get a second dress, but we walked out with two! The selection is stunning—dresses for weddings, proms, dances, and every special occasion you can think of. I can’t recommend this place enough. True customer service still exists, and it lives here!

What an amazing experience we had at O’Couture! The customer service was OUTSTANDING and made us feel like we were trying dresses on in our house! I took my daughter here for her 8th grade prom dress and had a wonderful experience. After visiting a few other places in Staten Island and New Jersey I was relieved to finally find a place that had a great selection and quality dresses In stock to choose from. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and honest and they really helped my daughter find her perfect dress. I will definitely be returning for future occasions.

The owner Loretta was super helpful and accommodating when I was looking for a dress as a maid of honor! The store was super clean and well kept. The workers there are sweethearts and genuinely want you to feel your best!

I’ve never had a better experience shopping for dresses than I had shopping at O’Couture. The selection of dresses are absolutely stunning. The owner is the sweetest and so good at what she does and is extremely helpful when it comes to choosing the perfect dress.
