If you are in business and are looking for any sort of delivery service I would look elsewhere. Mistakes happen, I get that, but you should be able to expect the situation to be put right and not at your expense. If you use NW Express however don't expect this to be the case, expect to be let down, have your reputation damaged and when it comes to querying an invoice feel the heavy hand of a factoring company come down on you.
If you don't know what a factoring company is, it's when a the company you are dealing with sells off the value of it's invoices to another firm on a daily basis. This was they get to alleviate cash flow issues by claiming say 85% of the invoice value from the factoring company straight away, you the customer then pay the factoring company. Secondly the company that has factored it invoices can rely on doing a shoddy job because they know they have the legal muscle of a big organisation, who don't care about the background to chase the invoice.
Truly the mark of a fly by night company who are unable to make an honest buck.
So in summary expect them to get it wrong, wash their hands of the matter and to force you to pay the invoice anyway via their bank.
Never in nearly 40 years of business have I felt the need to write a review like this or dispute an invoice for that matter.
