Nusa Medica Clinic Nusa Lembongan

My husband fell very ill with Bali belly and from the moment I messaged them before arriving in Nusa Lembongan they were amazing. I was going to take him into the clinic myself once we arrived but as soon as they realised how serious it was they sent an ambulance immediately to pick him up. We are from New Zealand and could only wish to receive the same standard of care there. My husbands nurse was the kindest lady he has ever met and the doctor also amazing. 4 hours later he was back at the villa eating and ready for the next day trip we had planned. Thank you so much!

I visited the clinic with Bali Belly and was impressed with the thorough consultation and swift treatment in their observation room (was very clean and comfortable). Nurse Rindy and Marleve were friendly and attentive, all the staff treated me effectively. Highly recommended for anyone needing quick and professional care! Already feeling better now.

We went here after my teenage daughter had diarrhoea and other symptoms for two days. They were so kind and professional and proficient. The Dr and the Nurses were lovely. Whilst the situation with organising insurance was frustrating they were patient and helped me however they could. The team then organised a medical evacuation from the island for us to a mainland hospital. Whilst this made us feel nervous- the Ambulance teams and the boat were fantastic. Not an experience I wish to repeat ( currently in a hospital on Bali) but we felt safe on their hands at all times. Turns out to be Typhoid so the urgency with which they dealt with us was really important.

I cannot express how grateful I am to this clinic. My mother and I had a motorcycle accident on the road, and my mother fell and injured herself. At that moment, I was extremely panicked and did not know what to do. Luckily, a very kind gentleman passing by stopped to help us, and many people around us also came over to assist. I will always be grateful for their kindness. The kind gentleman helped contact this clinic, which I had not known about before. Their ambulance arrived very quickly, and several staff members came to help us immediately. They were extremely professional, calm, and well-organized, but at the same time very gentle, patient, and caring. They checked on my mother carefully, asked her how she was feeling, and made sure she was comfortable throughout the whole process. They also explained the cost to me clearly in advance and asked whether we were okay with it before continuing, which I really appreciated, especially when I was in such a stressful situation. At the clinic, they examined my mother very carefully and gave her attentive care. Everyone we met was kind, responsible, and reassuring. After the check-up and treatment, they even helped send us safely back to our accommodation. This experience could have been very frightening, especially as we were travelers in an unfamiliar place. But because of the people who helped us on the road and the professional support from this clinic, we felt cared for and safe. I truly cannot thank them enough. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs medical help in the area. They are professional, efficient, transparent, and genuinely compassionate.

I visited this clinic with severe ear pain, and my son had some stomach issues. Honestly, I didn’t expect much from a clinic on a small island like Nusa Lembongan, but I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was very clean, and the staff were kind, patient, and spoke good English. The doctor saw me after a short wait, examined everything carefully, and prescribed treatment that worked very quickly. They also prepared all the necessary documents for my insurance. What really impressed me was their care and attitude. After I got back to the hotel, I realized I had lost my keys. I contacted the clinic, and they quickly found them and even arranged for a driver to bring them to me. It was late, I felt very unwell, and this meant a lot to me. I’m very grateful to the whole team. I hope I won’t need to come back — only because I hope to stay healthy — but I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone.

Myself and my wife are both sick and went to the clinic. We had to wait quite awhile and then they said to us that it was gonna cost us approximately $800 each Australian to be treated. We opted out for just the injection and paying $200 each. We left Nusa Lembongan and went back to Bali still not well called Doctor Ari inSemiak for both of us. They came out on two separate occasions. Charge does $140 each fix us up no problem.

It can be quite overwhelming when you are abroad alone and need medical help. However, the staff made it as comfortable for me as they could. They were really good at what they do and were also super caring. I am really happy that I chose them. 100% recommend! 😊

Very great service. I felt very comfortable and well taken care of. Many thanks to the wonderful team—Nurse Wulan, Nurse Insani, and Dr. Lifi. I received a full medical examination, including a blood test, and was also provided with the necessary medication. Excellent care and highly professional service!

Amazing service from the staff, nurses and doctor! Came in for a rabies shot and they were professional, fast and reliable. Very prompt on communication via Whatspp as well. Felt very comforted and reassured throughout - terima kasih banyak :)

The staff here were very friendly and professional. All facilities were clean. They weren’t able to carry out the test I required on the island but the team were very efficient at ensuring the practice in Ubud would be able to help me once back on mainland. Would recommend if you need medical assistance while in Lembongan.
