Excellent medical care! I visited Nusa Medica Clinic after injuring my foot. The staff were incredibly friendly, caring and professional. They even organized transportation to pick me up and bring me back to my accommodation. Everything was handled quickly, and they checked on me the next morning to see how I was feeling. I can’t thank the team at Nusa Medica Clinic enough for the wonderful care I received after having a fall while in Nusa Lembongan. From the moment I arrived, the staff were professional, caring and reassuring. They treated my injuries, including stitching a wound to my head and treating the wound on my wrist, and made sure I had everything I needed to continue the healing process afterwards. Being injured while travelling can be a very stressful and frightening experience, but the team at Nusa Medica made me feel safe and well looked after throughout. Their kindness, professionalism and genuine care made a difficult situation so much easier. I’m extremely grateful for the treatment and support I received and would highly recommend Nusa Medica Clinic to anyone needing medical care while on Nusa Lembongan. I had an absolutely amazing experience at this clinic and I’m incredibly grateful for the care I received. I came in with a severe case of “Bali Belly” and was feeling extremely sick, weak and exhausted. From the very beginning, the entire team was incredibly kind, caring and professional. They took such good care of me, gave me IV fluids and medication, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was even able to stay and sleep at the clinic while receiving the IV treatment, which helped me so much. After several hours of rest and treatment, I already felt like a completely different person and recovered surprisingly quickly. Being that sick while travelling abroad can be quite scary, but I felt safe and genuinely cared for here. Everyone was so attentive and lovely, and I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Thank you so much to the whole team for taking such wonderful care of me! I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone needing medical help in Bali. ❤️

I called at 7am to get an appointment for my husband. He has been very ill with a digestive infection. The receptionist was a nurse, kind, understanding and professional. She booked an appointment straight away and he was seen within 15 minutes of ringing the clinic. He was immediately seen by a doctor with excellent bedside manners. She was thorough in her examination and fast acting with her testing. Blood test and other extensive tests were taken and within a few hours the results were sent via WhatsApp to us. We would have never received this level of service in France, where we currently live, or England, where we lived before. Not even privately!! First class service in a beautiful, little island ! I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Dr Rivaldi Marzel and the entire team for the exceptional care I received when I visited last night. I was feeling quite unwell, and from the moment I arrived, everyone was kind, attentive, and professional. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and ensured I received the best possible care. The staff were equally compassionate and supportive throughout my visit, which made a difficult situation much easier. I was also extremely impressed by the hospital and its facilities. Everything was impeccably clean, modern, and maintained to the highest standard. The environment reminded me of the excellent private hospitals back home, providing both comfort and reassurance during my visit. Having my own private room made the experience even more comfortable and allowed me to rest and recover in a peaceful setting. I am truly grateful for the outstanding care and attention I received. Thank you all for your dedication, professionalism, and kindness is very much appreciated. I would also highly recommend their Ultimate Immunity Booster package. It provided the boost I needed, and I felt significantly better almost immediately afterward. Thank you again for such outstanding care.

Whilst staying in Nusa Lembongan, I became very unwell. I attended Nusa Medica Clinic at 6pm and was seen within the hour. The care I received was exceptional, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was comfortable during my overnight stay. The facility is spotless and I felt extremely relieved to have chosen such a fantastic establishment. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all of the amazing staff that looked after me during my time here and I would highly recommend Nusa Medica Clinic to anyone requiring medical care whilst staying on the island. I cannot thank and recommend this team enough for taking such good care of me. I was not feeling well and my symptoms got worse so decided to go and get checked. All the team made me feel safe and taken care of the entire time. Even after leaving the clinic, they responded to my questions via Whatsapp.

While in Bali i ended up sick with Bali belly and severe headaches.. 5 days later I got worse so ended up at Nusa Medical in a bad way but the staff were absolutely amazing!! The care and support was incredible and I bounced back very quickly.. thank you for taking such good care of me…

Ridiculously pricey just because we're tourists, for a very bad service. 1) They ask about your symptoms in the hall, the patient has no privacy at all. 2) They missed my veins 3 times in a row. My veins are huge, it's just impossible to miss them, but the third time the nurse wasn't even looking at what he was doing, he was just looking around in the room, then started moving the needle around as he was trying to pick a lock. I'm a blood donor I'm used to needles, so what the hell. 3) After missing my veins, they withdrew my blood and sent me back home; then they realised they needed one more sample. Just a detail, you know. 4) I needed the doctor's report, and the invoices to claim the insurance. I had to chase them for almost a week, cause they kept saying to be patient, even tho every time I went there there was nobody. It's not even the first time I hear about their service, and I experienced on my skin. Absolutely not recommended, there are better places on the island.

My partner had an ear infection and lost his hearing . The staff was professional and supportive throughout. From Checking in to seeing the Doctor The doctor was professional and explained what had happened Was able to give us the correct medication and support during our stay . Definitely recommend if you need a professional medical service.
