Nusa Dua Spa by Lily Treatment

I visited the spa and chose the Balinese Heritage Package, a two-hour treatment that included a traditional Balinese massage and a body scrub. The experience started with a relaxing foot bath, and after the treatment I was able to take a quick shower. My masseuse was truly fantastic. She checked in with me throughout the session to make sure the pressure was just right, and her strokes were consistently smooth and attentive. I could tell she put genuine effort into the treatment, and I left feeling relaxed and refreshed. I went with my spouse, and we were given a two-way car ride fro our hotel to the spa. We were given a spacious, very clean massage room with soothing background music that added to the calming atmosphere. The entire experience felt thoughtful and well executed. My package cost 420,000, my spouse chose the 2h deep tissue massage which cost 450,000 and we happily left a tip each for our masseuses. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this spa to anyone looking for a rejuvenating experience.

Came here per a friend’s recommendation and got the 60-min head, shoulder, neck massage. Was not disappointed. The masseuse was really great, and was very quick to adjust if I asked her to apply more pressure or less pressure. I have major neck problems and I felt really good after this massage. She really put her effort into it. When I arrived, they gave me complementary water and then they started right away. The massage room was extremely clean and they played soothing music. The cost was 200,000 and I left a 50,000 tip. Decided to come back the next day.

They say “money-back guarantee if you’re not happy in 30 minutes” — and honestly, we weren’t even awake by then to complain. 😌 The masseurs here know what they’re doing. Super well-trained, with great flow — no awkward pauses or noodle-handed kneading. Just smooth, satisfying pressure and relaxing vibes. We went twice — both times were spot-on. If your muscles are mad at you, this place will fix it… or your money back (but trust us, you’ll want to pay them more)

Such a beautiful massage I had here, nice and peaceful and quiet. I’ve also had the facial and body scrub they were so relaxing and my skin felt amazing after! The prices are so good to for what you get. Staff are so helpful and accommodating! Can’t recommend this place enough!

I tried the aromatherapy massage and a pedicure. The massage was worth the price, and the room was clean, though quite average. The pedicure room I didn’t like, as you sit next to other customers, and it felt a bit pricey for the service and results.

Highly recommend this establishment! My husband and I enjoyed several 60-minute Balinese massages during our 7-night stay in Nusa Dua — six in total because we loved it so much! The massage rooms were clean and beautifully maintained, with relaxing music that created the perfect peaceful atmosphere. Every masseuse we had was professional, skilled, and friendly, delivering consistently excellent massages each time. The staff were welcoming and made us feel completely at ease throughout our visits. A wonderful bonus was the free pick-up and drop-off service, which made the whole experience even more convenient and stress-free. If you’re looking for a genuinely relaxing and rejuvenating massage experience in Nusa Dua, we can’t recommend this place highly enough. Oh gosh the value for money not only did they pick me up and dropped me off at my hotel they were easy to communicate with and accommodating. Place was clean and beautiful music and Putu was magical and wonderful I had a foot massage and a deep tissue massage and it was a proper one where she cared what she was doing and was intuitive with her touch and pressure. Am coming back for a few more before I leave Bali!

We have enjoyed our romantic couple package today for 2.5hrs. Lily Treatment provided a hotel pick up and drop off which is very convenient. Everything was enjoyable and very relaxing. I love the smell of the room so aromatic. And we had 2 wonderful massage therapists and both very lovely. If I can suggest, maybe give a complimentary tea after a massage. Thank you.

OMG - this was the best treatment I’ve ever had - including that I’ve had from top spa’s . Including Champney’s. Whilst not the most high end environment - the salon is very clean and well appointed , like pictures on their website. The ladies were lovely, I had a 2 hour treatment - Lily Javanese lunar which included a flower foot wash , a Balinese massage with aromatic oils and a full body scrub washed away with coconut milk. It was such a treat! I can’t recommend highly enough- I even had a complimentary trip back to my resort. Booking was easy via what’s app on their website

Since we are so used to strong massages from Korea, I chose the strongest program at this shop for 90 minutes. Resort pickup and drop-off were perfect, and we were taken to a separate room with two beds. Two massage therapists came and concentrated on each customer with peaceful music. The overall service was very good. Credit cards are acceptable without additional charges, but Amex did not work. I might return tomorrow.
