1. Time Limit
- For single treatments (60 minutes or more): guarantee valid during the first 30 minutes.
- For spa packages: guarantee applies per session (e.g., if unsatisfied during facial, refund is given for the facial session only).
2. Coverage
Applies to all treatments, including:
- Service quality dissatisfaction
- Cleanliness issues
- Time shortage of more than 5 minutes compared to the booked duration
3. How to Claim
- Must be reported immediately to our receptionist while you are still at the spa.
- For time shortage complaints, you may also contact us via WhatsApp after your visit.
4. Refund Method
- Refunds are provided in cash only.
5. Exclusions
- Guarantee does not apply to treatments shorter than 60 minutes.
6. Frequency
- Guarantee can only be claimed once per guest.
7. Documentation
- Guests will be asked to sign a refund bill for internal documentation.
