AFTER I POSTED MY BAD REVIEW: The manager called me the next day and asked me to take down the review because he felt like he was fair by not charging me. I told him, the service i received was terrible and I shouldn’t be expected to pay for that anyway.
I went in for a service and was completely neglected, left soaking in acetone for over an hour with zero attention or communication from the staff. Not only is that unprofessional, it’s damaging. My nails are now painfully thin, dry, and my hands looked chalky and irritated from sitting exposed for so long. This wasn’t just uncomfortable, it was borderline negligent.
When I finally spoke up and asked to cancel the full set because of how poorly I was treated, they still tried to move forward like nothing was wrong. And when I reasonably asked if there would be a discount after being ignored for over an hour, they acted like I was the problem. Only after I pushed back did they agree to remove a $15 charge. That’s not customer service, that’s damage control.
I left without getting her nails done and in worse condition than when I walked in. This place does not respect your time, your money, or your well-being. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually values its customers
