We had Nu Air Pro come out to clean our vents in our home, best experience!! We highly recommend this family owned company. They were prompt to arrive when they said they would. Highly communicative from the beginning phone call, all the way up to the day of service. We felt we were in great hands by hiring this company. We will definitely be a returning customer, they also do rug cleaning & clean out the dryer vents so those are next on our to do list and we will for sure be calling Nu Air Pro to handle this for us.

I just bought a house and I need to get my vents clean. I called multiple different companies asking them to give me a rough quote over the phone. Out of the 5-6 companies that I’ve called maybe two of them gave me a quote and the quote was outrageously high compared to what nu air pro quoted me for. Well, after I decide to go with a nu air pro, we had a designated date in which they would come and clean. Well, me being me I was Late to the appointment and they were still able to get it done. This is a new start up company and I think they’re doing amazing and I recommend them to everybody.

From booking the appointment to them arriving, they kept in touch with me not many companies do that anymore very professional very happy with their work. I already recommended them on Facebook. Thank you very much.

The team was professional. They used a camera before and after the brush vacuum of vents. This way I saw the before and after video. In addition, the price is reasonable when compared with others I checked. I am please with the outcome.

Great experience, beyond glad I hired them to do the job! They were professional, very nice, showed me the before and after to see how truly bad my ducts were. We just moved to this older home new to us and our air conditioning system was struggling. Yea because my ducts were almost completely closed off from build up over the years. Now my air conditioner is great no struggle at all getting it nice and cold in here! I have already referred them on to my friends, and will use them again in future!

Prompt service. I was told a vent was too clogged and required a furnace installer to open vent and contractor to open the wall as the blockage was stuck in a bend, asking homeowner for coat hanger and long stick. Reps feared blockage might be pushed into furnace if forced. Going into the basement it was discovered the vent was disconnected from the furnace, several feet away. Late for next appointment, they left 5 vents untouched, no cleaning and no disinfectant. I looked out the door and they were packing up. We had to chase them to give equipment left behind. I was not provided any "after" photos. I was charged by footage, but, received a smaller refund for 5 uncleaned vents based on number of vents. Staff was friendly and respectful, but, the service was disappointing.

The NuAirPro team consisted of a very well organized family team. They worked very well together and got the job done, in a nice neat timely fashion. I enjoyed the experience and I am extremely satisfied with the quality of work performed. Thank You again

We recently had Nu Air Pro clean our dryer vent and are extremely pleased with the service they provided. They arrived on-time, were friendly, courteous and professional, took care to protect our wood floors and carpet and did a fantastic job! The best part was seeing the before and after videos that convinced us of the great job they'd done. We highly recommend Nu Air Pro for dryer vent cleaning!!

Needed the vents in our new home cleaned out before we moved in, and I'm so glad we did; it's nice to have the peace of mind that we aren't breathing anything funky in. They were thorough and worked quickly; and also informed us of anything that we should replace/problems we should be aware of. Definitely appreciated that they're a family owned business, as well!
