I was almost going to give up today but I came by here and they served me within 10 minutes. Inspector was here. Oil change was ready to be completed at a reasonable place. Better than all other locations I had been to this morning... The owner is very friendly. Open to suggestions to saving money and a great man to work with on your cars.

Ali.. what a good business man. Billi worked on my car and did an amazing job. NRH Auto is, in my opinion, the best place to go for service. They offered cost and time efficient service. Ali was honest about my needs and did not try to offer me services I did not need. Amazing group of people and super affordable! They were able to knock out the alignment on my F150 with 24 inch rims when other shops couldn't or wouldn't. Completely transparent, showed me the alignment before and after. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Hands down one of the best car shops I’ve visited. He didn’t price gouge me. He showed me what was wrong with my car. As a woman I always feel uncomfortable going into these spaces but he was honest and respectful. His pricing is top tier. He is now going to be my new mechanic because he gained my trust.

I needed two studs replaced on my 2008 Acura MDX. Joseph was communicative and helpful when searching for an auto shop. I drove from Lewisville for this repair. Him and his brother were cool guys to do business with. The pricing was definitely reasonable. If I need something else done, I’m coming to them because they perform quality work.

I had an awesome experience here today. I came in with a popping noise in my front end, and Billy immediately took the time to walk me through everything. He even brought me under the car to show me the exact part that was causing the issue. The whole diagnostic took about an hour, and they didn’t charge me anything for their time. Fast, honest, and genuinely helpful. If you need someone who will actually explain what’s going on with your car without upselling you, definitely come here. Billy was amazing. Highly recommend!
