Paul was great. He communicated promptly through the entire process of scheduling. Did a good job installing the windshield and had the guy who recalibrates there right as he finished. He came to my house and was a delightful human. Go out and support this local business! He travels from Glen cove to Montauk. $400 cheaper than the corporate glass installers too. 10/10 will recommend

Paul is the best at what he does. He is incredibly professional, detail orientated and someone who can be relied upon to follow up and complete the job to perfection. I have a very complex BMW windshield which Paul was able to handle with ease. He walked me through the entirety of the process and handled everything diligently. I will be using Paul on my other automobiles moving forward as well. If you're trying to choose someone for glass replacement, look no further.

We can’t say enough good things about Paul @ Novus Glass. I reached out on a Sunday evening and Paul got back to me within a half hour. By Tuesday morning, my windshield was fixed. He was so helpful with my glass claim and kept communication open the whole process. Not only was he professional and reliable, he was an all around nice guy. Very thankful we found him!

Paul was incredibly professional and accommodating- great attention to detail on a windshield replacement job I thought would be pretty complicated bc of things like rain sensors etc. Novus was able to handle it all including dealing with the insurance company. Will definitely use this company again - love giving support to a local business.
