I ordered a windshield for our truck and realized I had the wrong place. They were very supportive and helpful through the whole process plus understanding when I realized I had the wrong address for Novus.

I had my windshield replaced here, excellent service. I went away on a trip and was able to drop off after hours before leaving. They kept my car in the shop during the cold weather for 8 days which I appreciated. Highly recommend:)

An absolute joy to deal with this business, very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Bill and his entire staff come highly recommended. Dropped my vehicle off, drove me home and delivered my vehicle to my door the same day, workmanship was impeccable, cleaned and vacuumed the interior, went far and beyond my expectations. You need to read the whole review. Service started good but went extremely bad Extremely friendly and professional staff with excellent service Would not hesitate to recommend them. So I gave this review and 5 stars But the next day I realized part of my windshield mouldings were missing so went back even said I would take a use one from junk yard The owner should me 1 they had because they own a pick a part salvage yard HAHAHAHA a month later and I had to call back because they never followed up Onec they had my money they just forgot about me I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM The owner seems to care more about his personal toys bikes boats motorhomes rather than his customers The worker , shop Forman and owner was there looking at my issue And not 1 followed up nor was there any communication between them on the problem

They fixed a pretty nasty crack about 2 weeks ago.. So far it's holding up great. Super friendly staff. Was a great experience.
