Novak installed a Daikin mini split system for our entire century home. They responded quickly to our call and quickly gave us a quote and scheduled us for installation. They worked diligently and kept us updated through the entire process. Now we can keep cool in the summer and warm in the winter.

Great service! Price was competitive and they were able to come out right away to help with a faulty part on our furnace. They also helped us with our warranty claim. I really liked the fact that when we called an actual human picked up the phone and communicated all details to us. Highly recommend if you are looking for an honest and reliable HVAC business. Absolutely amazing customer service and quality work! I contacted them for an emergency water heater installation and they came out the same day! Ron and Aaron were professional, personable, quick, and efficient. They educated me on my service and other hvac concerns. Very reasonable prices. I appreciate businesses that display integrity. Aaron and his team at Novak Heating and Cooling are professional, courteous and pay great attention to detail. Aaron answers my request for a quote on a rainy Saturday morning and his team was out Monday morning. Dylan and Ephrem diagnosed the problem quickly and intuitively. Received fair quote and our new furnace was installed the following day. I am very happy to have found Novak Heating and Cooling and although I would rather not replace a furnace during the middle of a kitchen remodel; I was smiling when Aaron and his team left for the day. Dylan and Ephrem are a great team to have in your home-they did their work quickly maneuvered around the other contractor making a mess but cleaned up everything very nicely. We appreciate you!

So I truly don’t know where to began with Novak Heating and Cooling this company is so professional and skilled it’s been honestly a pleasure to have them at my home. I contacted them a little over a month ago to remove an ac unit do to a driveway that was being installed on my property, Aaron the owner was so down to earth, kind and knowledgeable I had to write a review and give them 5 stars for their service they ended up selling me a new ac unit for a great price, they just came back today to install it and the service and professionalism was top notch ! Aaron even went above and beyond and brought me back some gifts a Novak cup, and Novak coffee it was truly an awesome gift and they have my business for the future ! I had been without heat since Friday evening and was able to get an appointment for Monday. Aaron came out at 8 am and was on time. He came in and was able to figure out the problem with my furnace and correct it within 30 mins. Aaron is the owner of the business and was very friendly, efficient and helped to get the thermostat set correctly. I would definitely recommend Novak for their any furnace, central air maintenance and even install. Thank God I didn’t need a new furnace and am planning to use them for their air duct cleaning services. It is also great to have a company that is local and close. Thank you again AARON!!!!

Aaron, the owner of Novak took time out of his evening when we called Monday 12/15, after waking up to no heat. Although we were not prior customers, Aaron took time to come up and thoroughly diagnosis our furnace issue after two other companies, failed to provide help. Ultimately the furnace needed replacement, and Novak was able to replace the furnace within two days the same week. The install team of Ron and Justin showed up the day of install exactly as scheduled, and replaced the furnace within 6 hours. They left the space exactly as they found it, if not better, and they were courteous, friendly, and efficient. Highly recommend!!!

Aaron and Chad were lifesavers! They came out to our house within hours of us calling them. They took the time to explain all of our options. They installed our new furnace the following morning at 8:30 AM! I would HIGHLY recommend them! They are professional, courteous and got the job done quickly!

Five stars are not enough! I had used a large heating and cooling company for over 30 years. When my heat went out the week before New Year's Day, my problem was misdiagnosed by the larger company. After a couple of minor adjustments, I was told the furnace would work, only to have it go out 24 hours later. A second tech from this company arrived so late in the day on Dec. 31 that no repair could be done. I decided I needed a second opinion, so on New Year's Day, I put an online repair request into Novak Heating and Cooling. Later that day, Aaron, the owner, called me to check on my situation since I did not have heat. Not only had I never been a customer, but it was a holiday, and Aaron called from Arizona, where he was on vacation. The next morning, Dylan from Novak Heating and Cooling arrived at 8:30, diagnosed, and completed the repair. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and polite. He took time to carefully explain what he did and why. I also found the pricing was much more reasonable than the larger company I had previously used. Novak Heating and Cooling will now be the company I use for all my heating and cooling needs. Thank you, Aaron and Dylan!

This company is not just a company, But honestly more like a family. They take time out of their day to help you and go out of their way to assist you in anyway they can. They called my insurance company, Picked me up from the hotel room to my cold home because my Uber kept running late. I gave mr Aaron a hug because he really went above and beyond for me. Left trust in me and if i had more money i’d pay him more but I cannot say thank you enough. After my hvac system had a fault Ron & Clay went out of their way to fix it. They really are excellent the customer service through phone called were superb too. Everything about this company made my place more like home. Don’t hesitate to give them a shot. You’ll never regret it.
