Five stars are not enough! I had used a large heating and cooling company for over 30 years. When my heat went out the week before New Year's Day, my problem was misdiagnosed by the larger company. After a couple of minor adjustments, I was told the furnace would work, only to have it go out 24 hours later. A second tech from this company arrived so late in the day on Dec. 31 that no repair could be done. I decided I needed a second opinion, so on New Year's Day, I put an online repair request into Novak Heating and Cooling. Later that day, Aaron, the owner, called me to check on my situation since I did not have heat. Not only had I never been a customer, but it was a holiday, and Aaron called from Arizona, where he was on vacation. The next morning, Dylan from Novak Heating and Cooling arrived at 8:30, diagnosed, and completed the repair. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and polite. He took time to carefully explain what he did and why. I also found the pricing was much more reasonable than the larger company I had previously used.
