Didn't want to post this but after constant unprofessional behaviour by staff and ownership, I recommend thinking twice about using them. Long story short: once their kindness leads to you signing with them, it will be overwritten by rudeness by pool techs. Calls to ownership was jaw dropping. Research your options. Sincerely: think twice about using these guys.

We started using Nottingham Pools this year after having a nightmare couple of years with a different company. I cannot say enough about the quality of their Service Technicians who brought our pool back to incredible condition, including integrating our solar system with the gas heating system & sourcing retrofit LED lights for our outdated Hayward fixtures. It is fantastic to see a young company so well set up with knowledgeable attentive Staff & a billing system that gives me a full report of the pool water quality after every weekly service. I really enjoy working with them for anything pool related. From opening, closing and weekly maintenance of my pool. I’ve also used their services to replace equipment, change a worn out pool liner and installing a safety fitted cover. They have always provided reliable service, prompt response times, and a gracious team on site. Pools never looked better, thanks guys!

My pool has been serviced by Nottingham pools for many years now. From a getting a new liner, to a new pump and regular scheduled maintenance in between, the Nottingham pool team has been nothing but awesome and a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended. Even my neighbor across the street now uses them.

Mike and team are consistently reliable and provide above and beyond service. They've offered all kinds of practical advice for running the pool efficiently and have taught us a great deal about pool ownership. They are a smaller service and we love that personal touch with the same folks to deal with each time. Much preferred vs. dealing with larger pool companies and getting staff who know nothing about your pool.

One of the better customer service experiences we received on our pool. Mike and team are pleasant to deal with and helpful. The team is prompt in responding to messages and provides answers to our questions in a timely manner. Prices are competitive but service is well above average. Great service and friendly staff! The crew were on time and did a fantastic job installing our safety mesh cover for our inground pool. Their prices were very competitive and they were professional and very helpful. They were knowledgeable, efficient and did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend giving them a try, you won't be disappointed!
