Professional, friendly, and done in a timely manner. They have an eye for detail and get it done right! My car looked absolutely TERRIBLE when I brought it in. I have a child with autism and he has gross fine/motor skill issues, so it was a mess. They didn't blink an eye and by the time they were done with it it looked like a brand new car. I was too embarrassed to take before pictures, but I took a few after pictures (I was distracted by my son so didn't get many). When I tell you there was gunk all over the center console and the steering wheel, glove compartment - you'd never know after these guys got done with it. I have already/will continue to recommend Norwood to all my friends and family, and I will absolutely be back. Thanks guys!
