We offer plumbing and heating services, Worcester Bosch & Ideal boilers installed with up to 12 years manufacturer's parts and labour guarantee. I used this York company for fifteen years. Lately, it’s gone downhill. I had one engineer who refused to enter my loft to replace a ballcock, walking out without much explanation or arranging any follow up care. Other times they didn’t invoice me after a call out or contact me in any way, then sent letters threatening legal action in the County Court for non-payment two-three months later. I don’t recommend them and I have stopped using them.
