I am so happy that I made NW Personal Training a part of my life. Marcia is my usual trainer and she is helping me achieve long term fitness goals and also making sure I don’t hurt myself. It is so nice to work with someone who is thoughtful and goal oriented. I have also worked extensively with Carson who pushes me to achieve. Casey and Larry have also helped me find new exercises that I have been able to work into my routine. NW Personal Training is an amazing place and the people who work there are invested in their clients in a way that is beyond compare.

Working out at NWPT is the most enjoyable part of my daily routine. My personal training sessions with Nick Higgins have personally helped me a lot in recovering my lost health. ​Also, the group workout classes with Marcia and Carson are truly exciting. They not only create creative programs but also select great music to listen to while exercising. They are very energetic during the classes and always encourage members not to give up midway. ​I always look forward to the time I spend working out with them. It's a great gym for me.

Our workouts are challenging yet enjoyable, and I've seen remarkable results in both my strength and overall fitness. The NWPT facility is top-notch, with state-of-the-art equipment and a welcoming atmosphere that makes every session something to look forward to. But it's not just about the gym - Nick's holistic approach to wellness, including nutrition guidance and lifestyle coaching, has transformed my entire approach to health. Nick's support doesn't end when I leave the gym. He's always available for questions and encouragement, helping me stay on track even on my toughest days. Northwest Personal Training is definitely a fitness venue for everyone. Their clientele spans all ages and all fitness levels. The staff make you feel very welcome and cared for. Nick Medlock is an especially caring trainer. He takes into account your personal goals and shows genuine concern for the well-being of his clients. This is a place that inspires you to do more without making you feel as though you haven't done enough. Suggestion for Nick- you need to design a Dungeons & Dragons themed workout! Goblin squats, anyone? lol

I've personally trained with Leah for many years. She is very attentive to my needs and will modify any exercise on the spot. The workouts vary each week that targets my full body muscles. I enjoy working out with Leah! I also group train with Nathan, Nick M., Bri, and Larry. Their classes are energetic and challenging, but doable. They are a knowledgeable and fun group of trainers!

I have been training with Leah for about 20 years. There hasn't been one hour of that training time that I didn't enjoy or feel I gained tremendously from. She is a super trainer and does an excellent job of working all my muscle groups so that I get a well rounded workout. The workouts are always fun and as soon as I complete one I start looking forward to my next workout. I would say that one of the smartest things I did in that roughly 20 year period is work out consistently with Leah. I truly believe I owe a significant part of my fitness to her.

I've been working with Casey for months now and he is the man. Besides the obvious knowledge he possesses, he is is super approachable and almost feels like your working out with a "gym buddy". 10/10 recommend. On top of that, everyone else there is a sweetheart! Friendly atmosphere the second you walk in, and the other trainers even seem to know who your are. The flexibility of working with other trainers if something is up with your primary is unavailable. I have worked with Nick M. in this capacity and the ability to gain insight to different philosophies with other trainers is so awesome for expanding confidence and knowledge. He has even sent me some information even though I'm not "his client". TLDR - Casey's great, Nick's great, this place is awesome. Definitely worth at the very least checking them out.

NW Personal Training has been a great experience. The facility is excellent, and the staff are always courteous and supportive. I worked with Marcia for about six months, and she helped me go from feeling completely out of shape to discovering strength in muscles I didn’t even know I had. She not only guided me through workouts in the gym but also showed me how to continue my exercises at home, which made a huge difference. It is on the expensive side if you plan to stay year-round, but it’s an outstanding place to get started, build confidence, and establish a strong foundation for your fitness journey.

Brianna McMillian is the best trainer that I have ever had. She is supportive and encourages me in my quest to be in the best possible shape of my life. Her training has helped me to improve my Jiu Jitsu training significantly. I am able to do things again that I have not been able to do in 30 years. All the trainers at Northwest Personal Training: Nathan, Nick, Nick, Carson, Destiny, Larry, Marcia and Alisha are awesome. The customer support staff Cindy and Lucy are excellent and do a fantastic job.

My experience at NW Personal Trainers has been great! I've been there a year and a half, and Nathan has been my trainer since the beginning. Nathan has helped me considerably with my strength, mobility and overall fitness level. He combines the things I need in my workout with the importance of diet. Because of NW Personal Trainers and Nathan, I am meeting my personal fitness goals!
