Norma Jean and Mike were great therapists. I wish I could take them with me. I am moving. I was supposed to get occupational therapy, but that never happened for some reason.

Sharon PT was amazing with my Dad! Got him to walk and getting back to enjoying things he had not been able to accomplish. Highly recommend

My mom just completed her initial examination with nurse, Jolanta and PT, Eunice. I have had many experiences with Home Health and Rehabilitation agencies and this was by far the best experience! They were thorough and professional but also compassionate and personable. They were prompt in setting up initial visit as well as showing up at scheduled time. They set clear guidelines in moving forward, gave both medical and physical instructions and advice and a calendar with follow up visits. We are very reassured that mom is in very good hands!

Jesse had been marvelous in her treatment. Sores are healed or close to it. Her attention to detail and treatment have been outstanding! 1

PT Eunice is wonderful! Very caring, friendly, pushed me to do better when I didn’t think I could, took time to listen to my concerns, always on time. She made PT enjoyable instead of a chore. Highly recommended!!

Leslie Perez is an amazing staff coordinator, she us prompt, organized and a team player.

Twice in the past 2 yrs we have had to have an at home nurse and physical therapist for my mom to recover from hospital stays. We were set up with Northwest Home Health & Rehab. Jolanta (home nurse) and Eunice S (physical therapist) were so great the first time around that we requested them for the second time, a year+ later. They are very caring, answered all our questions, provided great support and very trustworthy individuals that have made my moms recovery manageable and getting her mobility back after laying in a hospital bed for weeks. We are truly grateful for these ladies and the services they have provided in helping my mom get back on her feet again. If the need arises in the future, we will request Jolanta and Eunice again! Highly recommend them! Thank you!

I am the Active Life Director at Maple Glen. Our residents love Lauren and the weekly Movement and Motion class she leads. Her high energy and easy to follow moves really help encourage the residents. She makes every class fun by mixing up the routines. Thank you Lauren!

Michelle is always very attentive to mom's legs but also to her entire health which our family truly appreciates! She is collaborative with the Bickford staff. She goes above and beyond!
