Freddie, Juan, and the rest of the team did a backyard remodel for us this year. The end result is better than we hoped and we plan on using them again in the future for our front yard. Freddie was able to generate a 3D rendering of the project prior to starting. This made it easy to see how our vision translated into reality. What we enjoyed from their services were their communication skills, willingness to accommodate any changes in our vision, competitive prices, and ability to adjust to budgetary constraints. Overall, a great experience with wonderful results.

I can't thank Juan and his team enough for transforming my ugly backyard into a place where my family and I can relax! He understood what I wanted from the get go, his estimate was within my budget and his team completed the project in record time. We just had Juan and his excellent crew perform an amazing job on installing a raised bed garden (70'x20') complete with a watering system, and a pave stone patio (25'x35') in our backyard.Juan and his crew were prompt, courteous, considerate, and focused.Needless to say we are very satisfied with the results, Thanks Juan and Crew!

Juan and Northview Landscaping were the best landscapers I've ever used, and my experience with them was amazing. I found Juan to be very personable, great to work with, and extremely attentive to any questions or concerns I had - always responding the same day, if not the same hour. And his team did amazing work: we had fencing, cement, paver and other hardscaping work done, and I was impressed with all of it. In fact, their work was so much better than the landscapers we had used previously that I wish I had known about them beforehand! This next point I wasn't sure I should mention, but had to because it says so much about Juan's work ethic and character. During the removal of some topsoil for the hardscaping, Juan's team hit a pipe which affected the water coming into the house. When notified, Juan dropped everything to personally come and fix the issue himself, making sure to get it fixed before 5 p.m. the same day so we could have water in time for our family's dinner. Honestly, I was beyond impressed. I know mistakes happen -- but seeing Juan so dedicated to making it right was huge, and is the hallmark of someone you want to do business with again and again. Which is to say: Thank you Juan, and team. I really appreciate all your hard work. If I ever have any other landscaping needs, you'll be the first person I'll call.

Juan and his crew did an amazing job installing sod in my yard! They took out all the rocks and bark chips, and replaced it with sod. They also installed a new irrigation system. Juan is very nice, and does everything he can to make sure you’re happy with their work. The yard looks amazing now! Cali and are very happy. Thanks again!!

These guys are the best there is out there ! They are friendly and approachable , show up on time everyday and treat your property with respect and care every time ! We had bought a house with a jungle backyard that hadn’t any work done for at least 20 years . We were exhausted and overwhelmed. That is until Northview came to the rescue ! They were able to meet our budget and bring our vision to life ! We have to thank them for the years of enjoyment that we will have in our new backyard oasis . Juan and his team from Northview Landscaping were excellent and we highly recommend them! Their prices were very reasonable and as others have said, Juan was personally available anytime we contacted him with a question or comment. His team were professional, friendly, hard working and their quality of work is outstanding. If we decide to do the front or anything else we will always use Northview!!

We rate Northview a 2 out of 5 based on a comparison with subsequent work done by another landscaper. We had a relatively large project encompassing irrigation, planting (over 100 plants), bark, and stone work. We were disappointed by the lack of professionalism and supervision by Northview. Examples include poor communication, schedules made but not met, delivery and acceptance of plants in poor health. There were work quality issues, e.g., metal edging not straight, square; incomplete work, e.g., no irrigation schedule provided, 3 zones set up though the contract called for more. We often had to chase to get things done.
