Great experience staff was excellent .dirty Donnie was awesome. Did an super job on changing my spark plugs. The price was double as expected for a dealership.. Waiting was nice. Communication was great.

Jason Edwards at Northtowne Hyundai was great to work with! He’s personable, fun, and always quick and to the point. We bought a brand‑new Hyundai Santa Fe through him, and the whole process was fast, easy, and stress‑free. Highly recommend Jason if you’re looking for a smooth car‑buying experience!

I had communicated with Jason's Edward's for a few months previous to coming to the dealership can he was never pushy and answered all my questions professionally. I finally went in to test drive a Tucson hybrid and Jason had one ready when I got there. I was impressed with the vehicle and with Jason's knowledge of it. He answered all my questions precisely and professionally . I took my wife in the next day for a test drive and she loved the car and Jason's courtesy and professional manner. I didn't expect to be treated so well by a car salesperson. But he definitely made my wife and I comfortable with the car buying experience. Jason gets a 5 star rating from us. Anthony & Jo Miller

Very quick and hassle-free. Look for Tim Manning if you want an easy buying experience. Clean dealership, new inventory in excellent condition, great staff all the way around. Very pleased with my new IONIQ 6 and how easy Northtowne was!

Excellent service and a great selection of vehicles! I was really impressed by the styling and variety they have on the lot. As someone who isn't usually thrilled about car ownership, Jason made this experience absolutely amazing. I’m actually really enjoying the car I selected.

We recently worked with Jason during the purchase of a new Santa Fe hybrid and would recommend Jason and this particular Hyundai dealership location to anyone going through a new purchase. Jason was an absolute masterclass in professionalism from start to finish. He provided information when asked for it, was never pushy, and was not frustrated by an educated buyer. We live nowhere near this particular dealership and chose to work with Jason after having multiple calls with salesmen at other local dealerships who exhibited every negative quality that car salesman are known for. The process was smooth and efficient with Jason valuing our time every step of the way. We would not hesitate to purchase another car with Jason in the future and have absolutely no reservations about recommending him to others. Thanks, Jason!

Don’t let the the lengthy window deter you. I didn’t want to wait a few weeks for an appt so I got into another dealership quicker. Big mistake. Had to ultimately come here anyways since the other dealership was awful and this location is AMAZING!!!! 10/10 service. They diagnosed my issue within 45 minutes. Called me within a few days when my part came in. It did take awhile to get back in for the fix which wasn’t ideal however when the time came, it took less than an hour to get it fixed. Other dealerships could never! Excellent service and will only come to this location moving forward.

After I found out how they messed up my retired mothers warranty through (Barry the Clerk) who pointed it out to me, but also later on had a hard time admitting getting interrupted during a consultation with me in my presence and writing down more than what I asked for, to have her car checked out and then was supposed to call us before any repairs so we can make a decision on what can be repaired for her limited budget. Mind you stuff that would have been taken care of by the warranty, if they properly checked that during her purchase. Then on top of the inflated price fix for her. No attempt to make it right with a purchase through their dealership almost making it suspiciously seem like they knew what was wrong with the vehicle allowed it to have a shorter warranty and then ignore the issues with the car and tell the warranty was up . buyers beware they should investigated and looked at this place with a fine tooth comb or maybe it's just complacency, poor management and toxic work environment regardless until they make it right and put forth an effort I will be a long time advocate against this establishment and any affiliations or subsidiaries. If an employee let alone a business cannot admit its failures because it hits them in the pocket or ego then they don't care about the customers they care about their profit. I don't know about the rest of y'all but I served my country to live in a place where businesses put people over profit and hold themselves to a higher standard and don't let greed or complacency manipulate them into doing customers / citizens in poor taste and bad service. And people out there write more reviews don't let this world stop you from a voicing your opinions and concerns cuz we only grow acknowledgment and understanding not denial and deflect.
