Jason Edwards at Northtowne Hyundai was great to work with! He’s personable, fun, and always quick and to the point. We bought a brand‑new Hyundai Santa Fe through him, and the whole process was fast, easy, and stress‑free. Highly recommend Jason if you’re looking for a smooth car‑buying experience!

Great experience staff was excellent .dirty Donnie was awesome. Did an super job on changing my spark plugs. The price was double as expected for a dealership.. Waiting was nice. Communication was great.

I had communicated with Jason's Edward's for a few months previous to coming to the dealership can he was never pushy and answered all my questions professionally. I finally went in to test drive a Tucson hybrid and Jason had one ready when I got there. I was impressed with the vehicle and with Jason's knowledge of it. He answered all my questions precisely and professionally . I took my wife in the next day for a test drive and she loved the car and Jason's courtesy and professional manner. I didn't expect to be treated so well by a car salesperson. But he definitely made my wife and I comfortable with the car buying experience. Jason gets a 5 star rating from us. Anthony & Jo Miller

Just left a few minutes ago and was blown away at how easy the process was. Jason was fantastic. The manager and individual who helped us with our finance was great as well. They have our business for the foreseeable future.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. I have a Hyundai Sonata that started experiencing issues and I took the car in about THREE MONTHS AGO and it still has not been serviced or repaired. The service department keeps telling me that there are tons of cars in line and I would not be offered a loaner vehicle in the meantime because they are telling me that the car has to be approved for warranty repair and even if it is, I might not be guaranteed a loaner vehicle due to the amount of people that are waiting in line. I’ve had to call back multiple times throughout the three months that my car has been there and yet to have received a callback or any status updates throughout this process. I would avoid this location as they don’t seem to take into consideration how difficult this has been for me and all I keep getting told is that I’m not the only one dealing with this and waiting. I requested callbacks. I’ve called in to get status updates and I don’t get an answer. Do not buy it from her. The service department alone ruins the entire experience for anyone who goes here. Still waiting on your call Barry. I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau to see if that might expedite things.

I had a great experience from start to finish with Zac and the team at Northtowne Hyundai. Zac went above and beyond to make the experience easy/transparent/and to make sure I ended up with a vehicle that I love. Everyone I encountered at the dealership was incredibly kind and helpful - even the paperwork process felt like a breeze. I would highly recommended working with him for your next purchase!

Horrible service. My car has been in their service department since SEPTEMBER. I keep being told the vehicle is next in line but have had little to no updates from Barry or anyone in service for that matter. No loaner vehicle offered. And no calls being returned. Avoid this place unless you expect your car to never have service issues. Still waiting on my call back. And no apology from whoever responds to these reviews.

Great experience!! No hassle, no pressure. Listened to what I was looking for and worked with me to make it happen. Always felt like Jason Edwards was looking out for me and not just trying to sell a car. Would highly recommend this dealership and Jason Edwards as the salesperson!!
