I rarely post reviews. But when experiences are exceptional, I have to share. Emma Campbell has been the perfect fit for my personal struggles. She is understanding and I feel safe to unmask and open up (this is huge). I'm also a believer that self awareness is a responsibility of the individual and whilst it's not easy, Emma provides me with the tools to understand neurodiversity better so I thrive. Thank you Emma, you're wonderful. I look forward to our appointments and absolutely adore the cutest therapy puppy who attends our sessions too 🐶 ❤️

I waited over a year for a critical appointment and had a horrible experience with Emma. After reading reviews from people who shared the same experience regarding her gaslighting and rudeness, I felt compelled to make a formal complaint to Ahpra. Now I am alone and in need of help for something I already waited so long to get an appointment for and feel an overwhelming sense of why bother, if this is the way you're treated by the people who are meant to help you.

I wrote about my personal experience with Emma, but then she proceeded to call me, and email me, essentially gaslighting my experience. I am a queer, non-binary person with complex mental and physically health issues. I do no recommend Emma if you have fall under any of these categories. Also Emma, should you choose to contact me again (despite me asking for you not to), I will be making a formal complaint. You are in a position of power and how you handled this situation is unprofessional and appalling.

I have been to a few psychologists before Northside and i never really felt comfortable, i would give up on it. I was referred to Emma 4 years ago and been a client ever since. She has an amazing ability to make you feel comfortable safe and able to full talk about everything that you may be facing. She is incredibly supportive and goes the extra mile to make sure her clients are well cared for and receiving the best therapy there is. The facilities are always spotless clean, smells amazing every time you walk in the door, making you feel at ease straight away. If you are looking for a new therapist then this is definitely the place for you. If i could give it 100 stars i would.

Ben has helped me immensely through some of the most difficult times of my life. He is kind, caring and professional. He is the best psychologist I’ve ever worked with.
