Great Doctor & staff. Super Nice. Doctor David was very patient with my wife who has a phobia with injections & blood drawing for tests etc. All the nurses were super polite & friendly...Nur, Sam & Des. Highly recommended for your medical requirements (GP)

Had my first visit at this clinic couple of days back due to consistent coughing for over a week. Was greeted and welcomed graciously by Samantha which she voluntarily provided a clinical mask and a cup of warm water to sooth my throat. The entire process was very pleasant and seamless. Doctor Yuen was professional and precise in his diagnosis. I got alot better after 2 days of medication and rest. Very grateful to the team at Northshore Family clinic (punggol point) . 😊

Our 6 month old had been coughing non stop for 2 weeks so we were desperate to see a doctor during the weekends. Thankfully Dr Yuen was available. He's very kind and knowledgeable! Will definitely come back slso..also special shout out to the receptionist Sar who is very prompt and attentive!! Overall highly recommend.. very hygienic and efficient

Have been to the clinic multiple times for myself and my family since it opened a year ago. They have longer operating hours now, which makes visiting the clinic more convenient. Dr Yuen is meticulous in providing care to his patients and provides sound advice. The clinic assistants are also very friendly and give a helping hand whenever required. Suggest to allow queue numbers to be obtained digitally or via phone so that patients do not have to wait too long at the clinic during busy hours. 🙏

Dr Chan was very gentle and patient with my child, which really helped to put me at ease. She took the time to reassure me that everything was okay and handled all our questions clearly and confidently. The staff at the counter was also very professional and efficient in managing the administrative matters. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Great job to the whole team!

It was not crowded when I brought my husband to see Dr Ng just now about 12:30pm. Dr Ng was friendly & listened to my husband describing his symptoms patiently. He checked him with care. The staffs dispensed the medicines pretty quickly. Thank you & my husband is feeling better after taking the medicines.

Great clinic with very professional and nice doctors and friendly staff. The service here is outstanding compare to others that I visited. They send text messages in advance to tell you CNY clinic working hours. The doctor able to access the government hospital cloud to help check medical records and serve you better. Didn’t experience this in other clinics before. And as patient, we appreciate the clinic can have such service and don’t need to tell doctor the medical story or google your symptoms every time we go.
