Outstanding Service I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Northriding Mobile Locksmith and can honestly say they are one of the most efficient, professional, fast and cost-effective service providers I have dealt with. I contacted them regarding replacing the locks on my canopy. The gentleman immediately requested pictures, and within moments he confirmed stock availability and provided me with pricing, which was excellent. I confirmed the order and even offered to make payment upfront, but he provided the most convenient solution — payment by card machine once the job was completed. A time was agreed upon, and he arrived exactly when promised, fully prepared and ready to work. He replaced all six locks in under 20 minutes and, most importantly, made sure I was completely satisfied with the work before taking payment. While looking for quotes, I contacted three other locksmiths as well. Unfortunately, the communication from the others was extremely poor, and one even insisted that I bring my bakkie to his premises simply for him to inspect the locks, despite it being quite a distance away. Northriding Mobile Locksmith made the entire process effortless by coming directly to my home, arriving on time, completing the job quickly and professionally, and ensuring I was completely sorted before leaving.
