I called them today based on a recommendation in a neighborhood recommendation group. I was taken aback by how unfriendly he was on the phone. It felt like I was bothering him by even calling and he was doing me a favour. After the unpleasantness of that call where I was merely enquiring whether he could assist I decided to rather use another locksmith that was recommended. He was super friendly and kind and came and sorted me out at half the price of Northriding locksmith. I gave feedback to the group of my experience.
