⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Service — Twice! We first called Northlake Mechanical LLC last year when we were having trouble with our A/C. They came out right away, diagnosed the issue quickly, and gave us a clear, detailed estimate — something we couldn’t even get from other companies we contacted. Unfortunately, due to some unforeseen circumstances, we weren’t able to move forward with the repair at that time. Fast forward to this year: when we reached back out, they were once again prompt and professional — and they honored the same price they quoted us last year. That level of integrity means a lot these days. They ordered the new condenser unit and showed up quickly to install it. Today it poured rain the entire time they were working, but that didn’t stop them — they worked non-stop until our A/C was up and running again. This was especially important because my wife runs a daycare in our home, and having a comfortable environment for the children is absolutely essential. I called at 9:00 on a Monday after the hottest weekend of the year for AC repair. A serviceman was at our door by 12:00 unbelievable!! Serviceman found the problem and had an electrician fix the problem in the breaker box by 2:00 I never expected it to be fixed that day maybe in a few days. Excellent service they will be my first call for any heating and cooling issues that may arise

Very professional and great to work with. I called for help and they were here within an hour, had to get a part from Traverse City for our furnace. The next day the crew was here when they said and done fixing in an hour. I would use them again but I hope I don't have to.... lol.

So glad I called Northlake Mechanical!! I got home on a late Saturday afternoon and my house was freezing and i really wasnt sure who to call. So, i called Northlake Mechanical and someone was here within an hour! The guys who worked on my furnace were awesome! Honest, knowledgeable, and soo helpful! I’ve used the service a couple of times now and feel I’ve made friends. Joe and Cody were punctual and knowledgeable with my plumbing and heating concerns. Cody proved himself quite versatile when having to hold off a water main break and making a phone call at the same time. Thanks Cody for sparing us a mini nightmare. We’ll definitely give a call when we’re ready to complete our renovations.
