After a miscommunication of services I was looking for. They sent me a quote for a new furnace anyway. After getting a second opinion it was decided I needed a new furnace and the quote was less than i was expecting to pay and they managed to be out in a week after financing approval and was installed within a few hours of arrival. Can already tell the difference and it's quieter. They cleaned up after they were finished and were professional.

Northlake Mechanical did an amazing job installing our furnace. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They removed the old furnace and took care of the disposal. Then swept and vacuumed my basement before leaving!!! Highly recommend them!!!!

New Air Conditioner is noisier than my old, does not seem to generate enough cool air and NOW it has stopped working altogether ... Will call for service on Monday ... UPDATE-service was very prompt, minor fix ... ALL IS GOOD :)

Phone call was answered right away by a helpful, friendly person. Wasn't an emergency..Technician came out early the next day. Fee for service was reasonable. Technician was professional, friendly and fixed the problem. I definitely would use this company for any of my future plumbing needs.
