Very professional and great to work with. I called for help and they were here within an hour, had to get a part from Traverse City for our furnace. The next day the crew was here when they said and done fixing in an hour. I would use them again but I hope I don't have to.... lol.

So glad I called Northlake Mechanical!! I got home on a late Saturday afternoon and my house was freezing and i really wasnt sure who to call. So, i called Northlake Mechanical and someone was here within an hour! The guys who worked on my furnace were awesome! Honest, knowledgeable, and soo helpful! I would recommend them to anyone with heating problems!

I’ve used the service a couple of times now and feel I’ve made friends. Joe and Cody were punctual and knowledgeable with my plumbing and heating concerns. Cody proved himself quite versatile when having to hold off a water main break and making a phone call at the same time. Thanks Cody for sparing us a mini nightmare. We’ll definitely give a call when we’re ready to complete our renovations.

Highly recommend! My furnace broke in the middle of winter and these guys were able to get a new one installed and running in a day. I had to wait for my new furnace to come in over the weekend so they helped me come up with a game plan to keep my pipes from freezing and to keep my house warm. I had several different companies come out and give me quotes and they were able to tell me which guys were reasonable. I ended up going with Northlake because of how trustworthy and how incredibly polite they were! Keep up the good work boys!!

Wow! We had an emergency on a Sunday afternoon where our heat went out in freezing temperatures and we were not at home. John responded immediately, got our heat back on within an hour and diagnosed /fixed the issue with our boiler system, saving us from what could have been a disaster. We are so grateful for the professionalism, expertise and incredible follow up! Will be our go to service from now on!

I couldn't be more pleased with the laundry room that Sergio worked on. He figured out how to hook up the sink and washer without needing an additional pump and saved me space and money. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great job!

Had my heat go out, Northlake was able to get someone out right away at the end of the day and get it running for the night until they had parts the next morning. Both technicians were quick and friendly, recommend giving them a call for your HVAC needs.

Northlake Mechanical did an amazing job installing our furnace. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They removed the old furnace and took care of the disposal. Then swept and vacuumed my basement before leaving!!! Highly recommend them!!!!
