Wow! We had an emergency on a Sunday afternoon where our heat went out in freezing temperatures and we were not at home. John responded immediately, got our heat back on within an hour and diagnosed /fixed the issue with our boiler system, saving us from what could have been a disaster. We are so grateful for the professionalism, expertise and incredible follow up! Will be our go to service from now on!

Highly recommend! My furnace broke in the middle of winter and these guys were able to get a new one installed and running in a day. I had to wait for my new furnace to come in over the weekend so they helped me come up with a game plan to keep my pipes from freezing and to keep my house warm. I had several different companies come out and give me quotes and they were able to tell me which guys were reasonable. I ended up going with Northlake because of how trustworthy and how incredibly polite they were! Keep up the good work boys!!

Very quick and very efficient! Our furnace stopped working and they had someone at our house within 10 min. Quick fix and they were on their way in about 15 min. Highly recommend!

Northlake Mechanical did an amazing job installing our furnace. They listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. They removed the old furnace and took care of the disposal. Then swept and vacuumed my basement before leaving!!! Highly recommend them!!!!

After a miscommunication of services I was looking for. They sent me a quote for a new furnace anyway. After getting a second opinion it was decided I needed a new furnace and the quote was less than i was expecting to pay and they managed to be out in a week after financing approval and was installed within a few hours of arrival. Can already tell the difference and it's quieter. They cleaned up after they were finished and were professional.

Northlake did great and honest work on our residential boiler. We lost heat, they gave us options and opportunities to fix it cheaper and easier ourselves, and when it came time to get a new one Cody got out here and got it hooked up. Cody and Northlake are the best in the area.
